GPS does not work properly

Cheap.

Touch screen unresponsive. Did not like the location of the power and volume buttons. Returned it and got another Moto X Pure Edition.

Phone not unlocked

I after inserting my H20 GSM sim in the phone and doing all the inital set up I realized that the phone is still locked to T Mobile carrier. Really frustated with the experience of purchasing this product . Had to return this phone. Best Buy employees didnt even have the courtesy to apologize for what happened.
