Product works wonderfully and makes our living room as if a home theatre is installed! Received the first box and it was defected however, Best Buy's wonderful customer service exchanged it right away and this one is great!

With this geek squad install, each time you turn on TV, you need to select a specific setting on the sound bar. It is not automatically set for it. Very awkward.

My only problem is that sometimes when I turn the TV on, the sound bar doesn't also turn on. Then I have to turn the TV off and then on again. It was set up by the Geek Squad, so I don't think there is a set-up issue.

This sound bar is awesome! Now we can hear everything and the Bluetooth feature allows us to connect many different devices. Our Alexa can connect to it and we can listen to any song we ask for. Love the fact it automatically comes on when you turn on TV.

We received great service at the store on S. Colorado Blvd in Denver. The TV is fantastic and the sound bar recommended by the employees of the store is such high quality. We will recommend to all our friends to shop at Best Buy for their electronic needs.

I love the sound from the sound bar. Being able to listen to music from my iPhone through Bluetooth while watching sports on tv is a big plus. Easy hookup too.

This soundbar was a great buy. I am able enjoy music from my phone via Bluetooth. And the subwoofer is no joke for it being wireless, action movies is where it’s at and where I feel I receive the best of what this product can deliver

This has excellent range bluetooth connection and fantastic sound. More bass that i was expecting due to my 14yr old LG unit that was being replaced. I am happily surprised and would recommend this simple to use system to anyone.

Good value for decent middle of the road sound bar. There are more expensive and less expensive. This gives you a happy medium between both. Definitely worth shrugging out the extra change if you are considering the cheapest sound bar.

Great sound. Has nice bass and very lovely all around. Only issue is with a wireless sub woofer you have to place the sub a distance from any wireless devices. Overall I love this soundbar!

Sound quality is good but not great. The Bass when turned up can make words spoken indecipherable. The system is easy to set up. But every several days, the connection with the TV goes bad and you have to manually establish the sound onscreen. Otherwise, you have no sound coming from the TV. That is a pain. No idea why this connection has to be established every week or so, but it does.

Love this LG soundbar first off it sounds amazing and the subwoofer is wireless and can be put anywhere in the room. One downfall is my neighbors hate it because i can finally drown out the awful music they play. Thanks LG and Best Buy!

This is a great sounder if that's what you are looking for. We were trying to find something that would work with surround sound and this was not the fit for us. Ended up returning.

The LG is a great system and possible too good for a small room. I only wish I could buy another subwoofer for the other side of the room.

I have a high quality sound system but all the wires and remotes get too much. This is decent sound without all the fuss. Simple setup and works with existing remote for my Samsung tv.

Sound bar with a small profile that eliminates a large in sightly speaker under my teleivision. Speaker provides fantastic sound. Installation was very easy with easy programming. All around great product for the price.
