This sound bar is amazing, you can have the volume seton and still hear it clearly. When the sub woofer kicks in, it feels like you’re in a theater. I love how easy it is to connect via Bluetooth as well.

I returned the Sony 790 soundbar as it just didn't seem to fill my living room. I picked up this LG soundbar and WOW! I only have it on 35% and it's PLENTY. If you are in the market for a loud, well balanced, full sounding soundbar this is the one!

I purchased this unit 18 months ago. Sound was great for 1st 3 months, then the Subwoofer kept losing sound. Sent in under warranty and unit was returned 4 weeks later and same issue existed. Ended up complaining to LG and asked for my money back and was told they would take care of the issue. Sent unit back and 4 weeks later get new Subwoofer with same soundbar. Works great for another 8 months and starts doing the same thing again. Sub is 2 feet away from soundbar. I do not recommend purchasing this unit or any other LG soundbar for that matter. Their wireless technology isn't very good. Recommend puschasing the Sonos Soundbar and subwoofer. Its expensive but you get what you pay for.

good sound bar for its price, give off decent sound.

Tried to hook it up to an LG TV but no audio outputs. Tried 2 high end Sonys both with optical output, still no go. (The one Sony works fine on my big surround sound in the living room). I called all the tech supports, LG, Sony and Best Buy, no help, sent it back. It sounded good on bluetooth though!

This one is nice on the wall and works for my samsung TV. Good for now!

I bought this sound bar after trying BOSE. It connected easily with my LG OLED TV and sounds great. I really enjoy the ARC feature and Bluetooth that the BOSE didn't offer. Life's Good!

Definitely buy the Best Buy warranty with any LG soundbar. They have been terrible. I've perpetually had problems with the subwoofer cutting out and popping. I've spent hours on the phone with LG support. I've sent the soundbar in to be repaired by LG and it still has the problem. Really unhappy about it but now I'm outside of LG's warranty. It absolutely sucks when you have friends over to watch a movie or your having a party and all the bass keeps cutting in and out. Total fail.

Did my reaserch, chose this one - and did not regret! Got on black friday for $269

After reading the amazing reviewstory this has and then seeing it was on sale in grabbed this. It was supposed to be an upgrade from my $99 Samsung soundbar. It's not. Only thing it did different was more bass. $99 vs $399?? Returning in the AM

The volume goes up to 100, but you cannot tell the difference in volume between 55 and 100. The only sound modes available are Standard and Cinema. The bass is nice and loud, but my Samsung sound bar (also purchased from best buy model # HW-K450/ZA) is louder and sounds better for music. This is a great soundbar for movies and action games, but I purchased this for the use of music and it does not do that well compared to others. I will be returning it for a different model / make.

Do not waste your $. I have no idea how there are so many good reviews on this. I bought last night, returned today. Guy at the store convinces me to buy it back bc he told me to try something different. So I do and still nothing changes. This speaker is garbage and no wonder it was on sale. Total distortion on any setting, using different connections, wires, etc. No matter what I did, complete distortion and made everything sound like crap. DO NOT BUY!

I purchased this unit on Black Friday for $300. The unit is great for listening to music (Bluetooth via iPhone). However, I did not care for the sound of the unit while watching TV. My new TV speakers (Samsung 65KS8000) sounded better than the unit it self. That was with the unit on Cinema mode which I liked best. I returned the unit and purchased the Bose Soundtouch 300 for 700. Again, I loved the unit for playing music but felt it was ok for watching tv. Keeping it 100.

Sounds good when working. Bluetooth constantly drops when streaming music. Same with wifi. Cheap optical cable which I upgraded. Got this for $209- thought I was getting a deal...I did, a bad deal. Will be returning.

HDMI input failed after 37 days of use. LG service department transfer me from one department to the next to the next and after they agreed it was the HDMI input they did not provide me with service I expected.

But horrible connectivity. Subwoofer often disconnects

zero power & low poor sound. my old sony is better.
