I like the sliding touch feature on the front that allows you to add or subtract more time. I like the jingle when it is done. The LED lighting is also nice. It cooks good and fast. I liked this microwave as it is not like traditional microwaves and opens from the side. Nice sleek modern design.

Purchased this microwave basically just to match the Black Stainless look of the stove and fridge. Am I ever glad I did. This microwave has been a great surprise so many features I didn't think I needed but now couldn't be without them. Well worth every cent we paid for this. Best of all my wife Loves it.

I haven't had it long enough to be properly reviewing it. It was hard to set up, but it seems to be working fine.

Works like a charm . This is definitely worth every penny. The features are amazing. I love the ease of warming up for , the defrost feature and the cooking feature. It heat up food from inside to out.

This is good quality and performs well. A little hard to get use to the controls behind the door.

We like the LG - NeoChef 1.5 Cu. Ft. Mid-Size Microwave so far. It came with a 6 point turntable which helps the food cook evenly. We also enjoy the signals when the food is done. The signal is more musical than our old microwave.

This is a good microwave. It’s actually bigger than I thought it would be. I ended up exchanging the mid size to the small because the mid was too big to fit anywhere in my kitchen. I wish there was an option to make it easier to select time of cooking.

Overall I like this microwave. It takes a bit of getting used to since the button panel is inside, not outside like most. That feature makes it look more streamlined. I really like the slider on the front panel for adding or reducing the cook time. The reason I give this a 4 instead of 5 star is because the font used for the lettering of the buttons is a cream color with almost no contrast against the black. I cannot read the buttons without using a flashlight. It's annoying. Two things could fix this immediately--either bright white font or backlighting on the control panel when in use. Overall it is very dark.

Has plenty of power if you need it - nice and quite

Overall microwave is fine but be warned there are no numbers on the panel. You can only go up in increments of 10. I am firm believer that somethings take 25 sec v 30 so it's kind of a bummer.

This microwave is awesome!! I LOVE it!! It does baked potatoes in 5 minutes .... has cool, beepy musical alerts .... the Instruction booklet is very helpful .... I'm still figuring out some of the finer points, but so far, I'm in love.

Excellent product heats the food the coolest including frozen foods in no time and that too makes extremely hot really love it

Our prior Panasonic microwave gave out on us and we needed to replace it. LG had a good reputation so we got this one. Unfortunately, it was noisy and the controls were not very convenient. We were also concerned that it may break down as the kind of noise it was making sounded similar to the end-of-life sound the Panasonic made that just failed us. As a result we returned it.

First time owning an LG microwave…so far love it. Getting used to the way it works as I’ve had an older microwave

Tiny but works good! I had a much larger one but realized I really didn't need a big one. The sensor reheat always heats to the perfect temperature.

Great microwave. Performs top of the line, everytime! My favorite function is the popcorn button - it is on point!
