I’m so glad that I decided to go with this. It works like it said in the write up. Food has not ended up dried out of over cooked once.

In the process of recovering from Hurricane Harvey, we picked this microwave based on our research and to match the rest of our LG appliances. We have been surprised at how well this microwave has performed so far.

I like the look of it . It cooks good but the buttons are hard to push . You have to find the sweat spot to get them to function at times

This is a fine microwave but I have two problems with it. One is a design fault - the user interface is both on the door and inside the door and it doesn’t include a touch pad that allows entry of numbers. This isn’t LG’s fault - I knew this when I purchased it but I didn’t realize how much I’d miss a user interface that allowed me to enter the actual numbers versus scrolling up and down in 10 second intervals. The second issue is that the rotating table is making a grinding noise already. I’ll return the microwave and hope that the next one doesnt’ do this.

Outstanding microwave. Easy to use. I love how the menu buttons are protected once the door is closed. Great value for the money.

I’ve used my new microwave one month and I’m delighted with the clear instructions and ease of use. I am upgrading from a ten year old model! My only complaint is finger prints on the stainless steel.

I love to use LG microwave oven because it's easy and convenient and also reliable.

The problem with the microwave is no options of single minutes if I want 23 minutes not able to do that, it has to be an increment of 10 or to stop it in the middle of the function which is very inconvenient. if I would’ve known that I wouldn’t buy it but now it’s too late returning it it will be a hassle for me

Love the Microwave but it's loud. Sounds like something is loose inside, but I have had 2 of them and they are exactly the same.

Purchased in October of 2017. Now December of 2017. This microwave looks very nice and cooks single meals or dishes nicely. Unfortunately the "sensor" cooking seems to be based on the ambient temperature inside the microwave, so that if you've just cooked a frozen dinner (as my busy family of four has to do occasionally) - the inside of the microwave is hot and the sensor thinks the food is hot, but it's not! A dish that would normally take 3:30 winds up being between six and seven minutes because of the "sensor" and there's no way to disable sensor cooking. Otherwise, a very nice microwave. One small quibble, that I could live with were it not for the sensor: there is no number pad. So for one minute and under, you can choose 10 second increments. Beyond a minute or so, all you get are 30 second increments. Not a deal breaker, but having had microwaves I could choose the exact time on since 1980, it takes a little getting used to.

The microwave seems to work really well. The only issue that I have is you cannot punch in specific times. You can only set the time in ten second increments.

Great brand and LG quality. Microwave worked perfectly exactly per specs. I used this to replace my existing microwave in my built in cabinet. Stainless steel has very nice look.

Cool looking product, goes well with my kitchen. Everything works well and we like the sensor functions. Takes a little getting used to having most of the controls inside the door, but still a great product.

Working better than expected fast and evenly in my experience also will beep after its done until you open door incase you left something in there and forget kinda pro/con
