I like that there’s no handle to break (that’s why we replaced). The jingle that plays every time cooking is done is a bit annoying, but I tolerate it.

I like this microwave, works pretty good. I like the simple control panel. Popcorn setting is a little off, but maybe over time it gets better.

This microwave is sleak and modern with no visible buttons and the handle is hidden on the right side. It was a perfect fit for our newly renovated kitchen.

Wow, what a pleasant surprise! We love, love, love this microwave. We've had it for about a week now and couldn't be happier. It actually cooks through, limiting "cold spots" in your food. The touch controls are really neat and the little diddly that it plays when finished cooking is the bomb! Feels like quite a pricey machine at a price that doesn't break the bank. Would definitely buy again (but hopefully won't have to, ha ha)!

Works good no issues with that. I only wish it had numbers to click for quick start.

Needed a replacement microwave right away and this one does the job and some. Great technology and aesthetically cool and yes, excellent in reheating food.

The microwave works great. I gave it a 4 star because I don't like the fact that it doesn't have numbers to punch in a time to microwave, just second and 30 second settings.

The clean interface, and swipe pad for amount of time takes some getting used to. We love the aesthetics of not having buttons on the front.

Great unit heats fast looks good lots of great features

We got this microwave in and were so excited about all of the features. We looked at a TON of different sizes, brands, and features. The diagnostic feature stuck out to us, since the reason we are buying a new one is our old one, of just a few years, went out. We plugged it in, put some food in it and started it up. It worked. My husband went to do his plate, and it would come on, and literally turn right back off. The time would stay on and everything. If you pressed start again, it would just turn right back off. We tried unplugging and replugging to reset it, didn't work. Tried a different outlet, didn't work. We decided to call and use the diagnostic feature. The customer service agent said we couldn't use that since it wouldn't turn on. OK...?? Then she proceeded to tell us to make sure the door is shut.... well, this model, you have to close the door to hit start. We asked her if she had the right model. She got frustrated and started to "read" the troubleshooting to us again. after she insisted several times to do things that didn't make any sense at all, then she told us we had to return it and get another. Well, yeh right. At this point we were done with this microwave and done with LG. Good luck

Microwave works great but it is a loud and noisy when you open and close the door

This microwave is great, it cooks a little faster than the directions on most food packages because it's more powerful than the average microwave. Easy to clean and very useful.
