The microwave heats food well and the preset sensors work well. The "buttons" are hard to find sometimes and the lack of a number pad makes punching in a desired cook time difficult. There is a slider on the front to select desired cook times, but in 10 second increments... Good bye 45 second heating! While these are little annoyances, the most important things are the heating and defrosting. This product excels at both and plays a nice jingle when done.

This is a fantastic microwave. It’s a little different as for using the settings but once you do it great.

First time using an LG microwave and it was definitely good and powerfull.

Have had this for a few months now and it heats evenly and quickly. Just have to get used to not being able to enter the cycle time directly

Looks good on my counter. I don't like that i cannot type in an exact number for cook time. Just have to press a + button. Not a show stopper though.

I have used many Japanese European and American brands, this is the best one I have used, it is worth recommending.

Very nice digital microwave. It’s very easy to use.

So far it’s 5 stars! My family loves the sliding time function and it’s nice with almost no fingerprints or easy to remove them and keep it clean. So far has performed well and has heated food very evenly compared to the last Walmart brand one we were using. I saw a lot of reviews that it stopped working after a period of time. Hope this one keeps going it’s probably one of the best I’ve owned in many years! Love the little tune compared to the standard buzzer too!

This microwave works fine. No issues with it's results. The issues are as follows: no back light for panel. At first this may not bother the purchaser... but as time goes on... in low light circumstances this will hinder your experience. Next: you can only use the timer in groups of 10sec... you CANNOT set timer for 15sec... nothing else! Touch panel is not user friendly. If your finger tips are not at a certain temp... you can press all you want... but it won't work. Do not buy site unseen... make sure you know what you are getting.
