Our previous model just gave out. This one was on sale and a perfect fit for our custom kitchen cabinet. We were pleasantly surprised!

Good product however don’t like the control panel inside the door

I love it is amazing how it works and when it stops.

This microwave works great, heats evevly but it is to loud. My old GE was very quiet . The other things I do not like is the control panel and the little tune it plays at the end of the cycle.. I'd rather have a quiet ding. Maybe I havn't taken much time to study the programing but you either hav the 30 sec. button you can hit a bunch of times or the plus + sign for 10 second increments.

Overall, it's a good microwave, but the menu is so streamlined that it isn't intuitive. There's no need to over-engineer a microwave menu - just go with what we've all been using for our entire lives. Other than that, it's fine.

It’s the perfect physical size for our family and provides great wattage for our needs. Good quality so far.

CONTROLS are a little difficult--but, it works well and is a good looking microwave large interior!

This is a nice microwave and works great. had to replace a older version that was 10 years old.

The touch screen on this microwave door takes some getting used to. But everything functions well and I am happy with it

I love the look and the not so ordinary user interface. The new interface makes it real easy to set the time and looks sleek. I did have a problem with the first one and had to return it to the store. After using it for a few days, it just stopped heating food. Everything looked and acted just fine, just no heat. Best Buy was great in helping me exchange it and have had no problem since. I did decide to add the extra warranty though.
