This product was great. But my air pods that I ordered on Dec 16 were supposed to be at my house on Dec 24. This was a Christmas present for Daughter that live in Pennsylvania and was down for the day. Now best buy is telling me it will be here on Dec 26. This is unacceptable

I bought this particular microwave because it was the only one I could find that had a cooking light. You can only set the timer in increments of 10 which I'm not crazy about. It also seems to "hold" the smell of the last food I cooked in it. But over all, I'm happy with my purchase,

Great microwave, love it, it is quiet and user friendly

So far, so good, BUT. This Open Box item was priced right, arrived quickly and carefully packaged. BUT the first time it was used, it was easy to hear a groaning or scraping sound from the carousel which has not gone away. Two thoughts: since there doesn't seen to be any other problems, I'll cross my fingers and ride it out as is, but also, I'm guessing that's why it was in the Open Box department in the first place. Shame on BB for not fixing the issue before reselling!

LG throws out everything we've come to expect when using a microwave - walk up (presumably with a plate of food in your hand), push the button to pop the door open, slide in your food and close the door, then set your cook time and power. Not with this one, Noooooo! No push button so you have to pull the door open. because this is a counter top microwave, that means wrestling with it, trying to get it to stay still while you yank the door open, still with your plate of food in your hand, or two hands. Once you get it open, put in your food, close the doo- no, wait, all the controls are INSIDE the door, so you stand there with the door open, in the way, while you fiddle with the buttons. Finally you get to close the door and walk away... But what if you want to use the microwave as a timer? You know, the old routine, push a few buttons as you walk by and you're done. Not so with this puppy, you have to - open the door, then set your time with that annoying door in the way, then close it. I missed my window to return this by 2 days (15 day return period? really??) so I'm stuck with this - thing - that I now resent so much, and I resent Best Buy for their meager return window. On a related note, does anyone want to buy a really powerful, barely used microwave? I'll cut you a deal...

Love it! It’s really big! So if you are looking for a big fridge and have a good space for it I would recommend. I do know they have a smaller version but I loved this one!

Overall The microwave was okay for the price. I would recommend if you are looking for a basic no frills microwave.

Microwave heats evenly and fast. It has some vibration noises which is annoying, but otherwise a good microwave.

Takes up a lot of space because of the size but is very small on the inside. Works pretty decent. But is very loud.

This is the worst microwave I have ever purchased. First, the door closure is too close to the control panel, so when you close the door, you can easily start the microwave with no food in it. Second, it is noisy. The combination of the motor, plastic rotator, and glass plate causes undo noise. Third, you can only cook in increments of 10 or 30 seconds. For example, if you want to cook something for 5 minutes, you have to press the timer in increments of 30 seconds, and it’s not easy. There are no NUMBERS to press. I’m sorry I bought it.
