After all this time I'm still getting used to the controls. For example, there is no panel where you input the number of seconds. You can't program 45 seconds, you need to start with a multiple of 10 (like 30), then let some elapse (like 15 seconds) before adding another 30 seconds.

I love shopping here rhe products are always good and the service is great. And when i have a problem they take care of it with no problems.

Needed a new microwave. It serves it purpose. It does not have a full number control (for example you can't put in 3 seconds) Hopefully I can get a better one at some point.

It is ok. Not really liking the buttons on the inside. Heats good and quick. Needed it in a pinch and to fit in certain area.

The LG NeoChef is a good microwave for the value (sale price). I like the smart inverter, which allows you to cook at a reduced power.

I already own an LG .9 microwave so bought this as a gift for my daughter in a bigger size for her family. LG has a great reputation for quality and endurance. Good value and aesthetics as well.

Great for anyone and easy to use slick and beautiful

I will recommend this product is really easy to yous.

no numeric pad takes a little getting used to but no a big deal. quick time setting is on the door but have to open the door to get to the full menu of settings which are a little hard to see with the lighting in my kitchen otherwise does a nice job of cooking and sensing different foods.

This microwave is sufficient but not great. I had the better model of this brand and loved it, but didn't fit in my cabinet. This one is functional but not fancy with rather odd controls.

Just over four years out, the LED lights on the clock are failing. It will likely cost as much to repair as replace something that should last the lifetime of the unit. My cheap Samsung microwave before it lived for 12 years without a hitch. I get the pricey model and it underperforms the cheap one.

Our old microwave stopped microwaving so we bought this microwave. We mostly use it to cook green beans and bacon. It cooks frozen green beans real fast. It cooks bacon real nice. I give this microwave eleven points out of ten. I'm eating bacon right now.

The product does a very good job at warming up frozen foods

Heating is good, has no keypad (numbers), have to use slide to increase or decrease time. Sensor cook is fair but has to be monitored or food is over cooked. 2nd NeoChef purchased in last 6 months. First LG NeoChef stopped heating at 6 months, LG treated us fairly and handled issue by replacing microwave. Hope this one last longer than 6 months. Microwave rating 1 star, 2 star overall rating as LG increased rating by good customer service.
