This microwave is way more efficient than my old one. Reheats and thaws quickly. I love the sensor cooking versus just having to guess how long to cook.

AMAZING! It is very different from other microwaves, but once you know how to use it and all of it's functions it is amazing.

This is a cool microwave the controls are on the inside of the door so it looks nice with no buttons. It is a Samsung which lives up to it’s name. I would definitely buy again when it is time for a new one.

This microwave has a quick touch screen options in the door to make easy commands, and when you open the door has a many more options like defrost, popcorn, sensor cook and reheat, power level and more. It's a smart inverter technology.

It’s noisy than expected and takes quite a bit of effort to open its door.

it makes a sound when it's done and doesn't shut off until you hit off. Also doesn't have melt feature (butter). Don't like as much as my last LG

I love this microwave. It is great. The only thing I don't like and why I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is the time increments are 10 seconds. It would have been perfect with increments of 5 seconds.

This was a perfect fit and a comfort to a difficult decision. I have never owned a kitchen appliance by LG before, but I can say I'm impressed. A very good price point, which made the purchase that much more valuable.

Great microwave. Cooks fast. Has lots of room for big plates or bowls. Would recommend and buy again if I had too. Only down fall is it takes up lots of room.

I have been using my NeoChef microwave every day since I bought it, and even thought it has a small box it is very reliable. I also like the music it plays when my food is ready.

The all black version of this is discontinued by LG and not available ANYWHERE. When mine died I rolled the dice on this Black Stainless Steel and found it simple to swap the door from my dead all black LG NeoChef.

We are quite happy with this microwave. Certainly looks and feels like a quality product compared to others we looked at. Only negative is that it doesn't have a 1-6 minute quick pad. We miss that. Otherwise excellent overall.

This is a good Microwave I love the auto sense feature and the clean interface. It seems to have only increments of 10 seconds. not a big deal for my use. Will recommend

It has an annoying tune that plays when it completes cooking. I was going to return it (because it was that bad) but then found out that I could turn it off (not in the manual, BTW).

Absolutely the best efficient microwave I've ever owned. Love the way LG alerts you with the chime ring when the cycle is done.

Love the design and how the front has no keypad but just plus and minus touch pad for easy heating of items. Very sleek. The more detailed controls are on the inside such as defrost or changing power percentage. Heats food quickly and evenly. The negative...it stopped heating the food after a month. Planning to return and exchange for the same one because I love the design, hoping for better luck with the next one.

The big negative on this microwave is the control panel. You can't punch in numbers for time you have to use a digital slider. Not easy to use at all.

Bought it for a family member a while back. They told me that they loved it. It did stop working on them after a year or so but good thin that I got the 2 yeay warranty on it! Best buy replaced it with a new one. Thank you Best Buy!

Overall, I think this is a great microwave. The only thing I don't like is that you can't go up in increments of seconds, time can only be increased in 10 second increments.
