This was my first and last purchase of LG microwave oven. I bought it in November 2017 before the black Friday. But after 14 months, it did not produce any heat though the light can still be turned on, which is probably due to the failed magnetron. I called the LG customer service and was told that they can't replace the oven as the product's one year manufacturer's warranty expired. However, since the magnetron is under 10 years warranty, they let me contact the contract technician for diagnosis and repair. But the technician told me that the labor for replacement of the magnetron will cost over $120. Meanwhile, LG's policy does not allow the magenetron to be shipped to customer directly. So I decided to just trash the oven although it looks pretty new but useless and not worth repairing. So, I highly recommend to stay away from this microwave oven.

it works good so far. this unit is not that quite. it is louder.

The controls inside the door stay cleaner. I also like the pentagonal support for the turntable. This is the first microwave for which the turntable hasn't slipped off. My husband enjoys the catchy tune for warnings ,

Nice microwave, door plastic edge chipped within 10 days of purchase, we put tape on it to smooth it. It delivers, has a turntable for even cooking, can handle a large family.

Very convenient with the slide timer. Lots of features but I don’t use them. It makes this weird buzzing noise which is probably a minor assembly error.

Really like this microwave. The function are really nice.

At first I was disappointed because it has no number pad but the size and price make up for that.

Works Well. Hard to see and find the start and cancel buttons on the front door in poor light. Keep a flashlight nearby.

its not very powerful, however I just added on time to the microwave. The controls is kind of weird.

I love LG Products. I swear by LG TV's. This LG Neo-Chef Microwave is a really nice and high quality microwave. I am always satisfied with the end product.

WE bought this after 2 ge microwaves both failed in less than one year. so far it is working great. we use it every day.

There are no buttons to push. You slide to select your time. It is great for the millennial's but I would just rather push a button and keep it simple

Cooks fast love the flat face buttons inside the doors odd but manageable

Overall I am pleased with this purchase. However, I must agree with previous reviews Re: noise level - it is loud while operating.

I prefer LG over Samsung any day of the week. Samsung from appliances to cell phone to tv has disappointed me over my life time. Thank you LG.

We have this one in my break room and when I moved into my own apartment and needed to purchase a microwave I knew this was the only one I wanted.

Warning, rant ahead. I purchased this microwave for my parents as a Christmas gift. It broke within a couple of weeks. My mom called LG customer service and they said someone would contact her about replacing with a week. 2 weeks later my mom called back and they totally changed their story. They said she needed to provide an email so she could upload the receipt (never got such an email so they lied) and that she'd get a check for the price paid. Well, I bought this microwave onsale and it is no longer available at the holiday sale price. So to replace we're going to lose money? Are you kidding? I'm so disappointed because my parents have a LG washer, dryer and stove. They are planning to update other kitchen appliances (dish washer and fridge) in coming year but will NOT be buying LG products. They even did a survey where someone from LG came to their home and spoke with them about their stove when they first got it. This is what you get for being a loyal customer.

You can put your sec’s & min’s when the door is closed or open. Also, it has a reminder like if your food is done but you don’t take it out it will ring like 20 sec’s later.

The clock setting directions were a bit different from other devices I've used before, but after several week's and trial and error i figured it out.
