Works nicely Only issue is there is sometimes smoke when you open the door after the heating. Clears right out. Unsure why Loads of heating options

Cool slider interface in front lets you set the time. But if you use timers frequently you'll have to open the door to set it.

It is the most Efficient microwave that I have owned.i know this wave will last for a long period time

LG threw a learning curve to me as I'm so use to entering the time instead of a plus or minus sign. Now I don't think I could go back to my old microwave.

LG is literally an excellent brand. I love my microwave and the quality of it. The only thing is there is no like 30 second button other than that zero complaints.

This microwave is great I love the sensor technology for cooking and reheating food. I haven't been able to find how I can increase the time by 5 second increments example 25 seconds

I do not care for the controls being behind the door. However it does seem to cook fast and efficiently.

The lighting inside works well and lights up the whole inside so you can tell what's going on with your food. The touch buttons give you the high end capacitive touch experience.

To be honest, I didn’t like the microwave at first looks. However when we got home and started using it, I was so impressed with its functions and the lovely reminder chimes. I like it so you Best Buy it! Lol

The only downfall to this microwave is the door. If the door isn't closed just right, it will not function properly and it will take a few tries.

I really like the large turntable and the sensor function. The controls behind the door really give it a sleek, modern look. I’m very happy with the microwave.

Bought this to replace our old Panasonic (lasted 10 years) and thought it would be great based on the reviews. Overall, we're pretty happy with the microwave. The main warning is that it burns popcorn. Personally, the mark of a great microwave is a perfect bag of popcorn. We've tried two varieties and it has burned both. It, allegedly, uses a sensor for popping so you can't even adjust the time it runs for a popcorn bag. Oh well.

I need to set it to the low end of the cooking time as recommended in the package, or the food is overdone. For example, if the package states 5 to 6 minutes, I chose 5.

Not what I expected. You cant set the timer in 5 second increments. Its also difficult to open.

Love the quality of this microwave. It has a smart sensor to know how long to heat up your food and beverages. It's awesome. Love the LG specific indicator chime.

This is great microwave major problem in that there is no back light for front panel when door is open or closed. At least with door open you can make icons on panel but in low light- forget it. Also had one other problem where the unit auto turn on 30sce cycle and turned off, then on again. I had to do a power reset and all has been good.

This was a open box appliance that works perfect and was in good condition. I love it is a big time upgrade me and my wife.

It’s a good microwave. It’s has senor heat which is nice. The bad side is that the time turns off and idk why so I have to unplug and replug to get the time on it.

Works well. I have the microwave sitting on a low counter, and it tips forward easily if the door is open and you put a little pressure on it.
