Love the light inside and the sounds when setting is done. Makes better popcorn than my old model and the food gets hotter quicker. I haven't cooked yet, just heated up foods.

Bought this item had it alittle over a year sales man sold me on it due to 10 year warranty well it broke down called LG they will pay for part but not labor so it cost me more to fix than replace I bought another from a different store and brand don’t was money on lg 18 months and dead is junk. And their warranty is a joke own several lg items will never buy any more.

10/10 wouldn’t buy again, cause this is gonna last me the next 10 years probably

Love the LED lighting and the very stable 6 point turntable. Far superior to run of the mill microwaves that haven't changed in decades.

So far this has been a very good microwave experience. My food is always at the right temperature. The defrost works really well. I need to stop it before the full time. Very pleased

Haven’t had the microwave long enough to work it like an expert yet, but I can tell you that I do not like that it has no number keys. To cook something for 7 minutes you have to punch the timer in 30 second increments. My old cheap Magic Chef had keys so I punched 7.00 and away it went. I paid over $200 for my LG and don’t like it nearly as well.

Microwave is good but leaves black streaks on the counter when moved. Otherwise, no issues.

Excellent microwave wouldn’t go lower than this voltage ,heats food really good and in less time than most.worth the extra bucks.

When we use the microwave it causes glitches on our cell phones and the baby monitor. This did not happen with my samsung microwave

Doesn’t have the quick settings we are used to. Several things to key in if just want to microwave for 10 seconds. But otherwise good microwave.

Seems pricey for a countertop microwave, until you use it a few times and realize it’s a bargain! The controls are not traditional, but that’s ok. Once you’re used to them, they’re fantastic!

Love this microwave! Sensor feature takes the thinking out of reheating. So convenient!

Excellent machinery for being just a microwave. It even defrosts things. High wattage as well.

Would’ve gave it five stars but there’s no clock feature and it’s a little bit noisy. Should’ve been less money than I paid.

Only problem I have is the blank face. It takes some getting used too, you will find yourself just putting your food in and hitting the timer on the front.

Using the popcorn setting this thing will pop a full bag straight away without burning a thing! They got the heating sensor right on this one. Works perfect for re-heating food too.
