The sensor option was good, but frequently over-heated the food so you had to take it out a little early. After 11 months, it just stopped heating food. One day it worked; the next it seemed to work but the food never got hot, whether on sensor or manual. Called customer service but that was an awful experience with no resolution--they must buy their headsets from the dollar store because the agent could not understand me, even though his English seemed pretty good. Submitted warranty claim online and that was easier. They are supposedly sending a shipping label to pick the microwave up for repair, but this has been so disappointing I might not buy LG products again.
