    This unit was defective and rattled shook and noisy, tried to return but was past date accepted by BEST buy

    Didn’t even work for a year

    Worked well for a couple of months. Now goes out at least once a week. Requires you to unplug and wait a minute and plug back. Takes 10 minutes to reheat a plate of food if it does at all. Not a good product from Lg

    What a piece of crap, stopped working in just a little over 2 years. When I call LG, twice they sent me to places which doesn't provide service fixing Microwave.

    Way too noisy. The plate rattles while turning, unacceptable for a brand new $200 microwave.

    I did not get a manual w/ microwave, called LG, said they would send one. I have not seen . Been more than 2 weeks.

    We didn’t have this very long before it stopped working on all levels. I did not like the slide to choose cook levels or time. Would not recommend this model.

    Stopped heating about 18 months into use. Beyond 12 month warranty and that’s tbat.

    Needed a microwave.

    We purchased the LG Neotec microwave due to ours stopped working. We have had this one for 3 weeks plus. It works great and we are very pleased with it. My wife loves the ability to increase or decrease cooking time on the door. We even love the little tune it plays at the end of the cooking cycle. So far we are very pleased with our purchase.

    This microwave doesn't have a built in kit and a custom kit will have the microwave sticking out of the kit and looks horrible. It also stopped heating after a week.

    High Tech Microwave doesn’t meet expectations!!!

    The Microwave is high tech but the power is weak and the Heat Sensors are not up to the way it should operate like other brands. Disappointed!!!!

    Quit working , tripped circuit breaker

    No issues until the unit quit working. It tripped the circuit breaker. Unplugged it, hit power function, tripped circuit breaker again.
