I bought this LG Neo Chef microwave to replace an older LG which gave us many years of good service. This new model is more attractive and has many useful features, including a chime that tells you when it has finished cooking. It is well built. The price was also very reasonable and Best Buy delivered it the same day as I ordered it!

Great for my college daughter. LG did good on this one. At first when we looked at the box, we didn’t think we would like the buttons on the inside, but once she used it, she loved it. I used it too, and the ease of it is amazing. I love how you can just add seconds on the outside of it also, if you don’t use the inside of the door buttons. Great options.

The microwave works great and has a very sleek modern look. I love that there are no exposed buttons on the front to clutter it up, you only have the start/stop button and a simple slider for the time setting but if you do choose to get deeper into settings you can do that while the door is open.

This one has been a good one. So far works great had it for about 3 years. Does what i need done.

This microwave is fantastic very futuristic, a ton of unique features that help this microwave stand out from the rest, self diagnosing. This microwave cooks food and warms coffee evenly, I love it, no regret I stick with my LG Products!

I love this microwave. It's large without being too huge. Cooking space inside is nice too. Sensor heating is really convenient. (It "senses" when my popcorn is done.. and hasn't burned the popcorn yet!) I also enjoy the "sliding" timer more than I thought. At first I thought it might be a little complicated to learn the features.. but it really very simple to use.

Love the ease of opening the door, my old one had area on bottom right to push, sometimes getting stuck. The turntable size is great, balanced as per description so turntable doesn't have issue with uneven weight of casserole, etc. The light comes on when opened, I love it. Love the colored interior verses the white that my old one had. I adjusted quickly to not having the 0-9 pad. Settings are only visible when the door is open, which it has to be to put the food inside anyway. Touch the start on the outside of door, automatic starts with 30 seconds. Just tap until required time desired. There is another option for manual time set right above. Love the overall look, perfect fit on my counter, the air vent is on the left side of microwave. I have bought the same brand of microwave for years. I've looked online, read reviews. But you have to try it for yourself. This is my new brand. Wish it hadn't taken me so long to decide. This has sensor reheat, sensor cook, sensor defrost & clock settings hidden when door is closed.Choose your desired setting, shut the door & tap start.

We needed a countertop microwave which would fit in the space above the oven, to replace the one that died. The new microwave had to meet specific dimensions in order to fit there. And this LG NeoChef does! It is more powerful than the previous one, and has many more features, some of which we don't use. But they are there if we need them. We are very happy with it.

This microwave cooks great and has the best turntable ever. It has solid functions and looks good too. Sensor cooking was my go to for two reasons, one good and one bad. The good was that it cooked things easily and well and didn't take much though. The bad reason was that there is no number keypad to key in numbers. I have to admit that I never spent enough effort to master this system and always wished for a number pad. Soooo, we were in Sam's Club one day and I just bought a new 1250 watt monster that has all the numbers and other buttons that make more sense to me. I have the LG in storage and will gift it to one of the kids or grandkids so they can master the odd system.

Love, love, love this microwave. Sold on LG brand products but was surprised how wonderful this microwave is. The manner of the door/setting panel is tops and you need to try it in the store to see what I mean. So easy to set and cooks very fast. Would buy this again. If you want one that is easy to keep clean and outperforms any one you've had before, this one is for you!

I chose this microwave after checking out all the microwaves on display at the store. This item has a very slick and modern look. There is no physical button on the front. It has a start touch sensitive button on the front display and increases by an increment of 30 seconds. There are more options on the inside of the door.

Our microwave died the day before a big NFL game. This LG model had excellent reviews and was just the right size. Bestbuy delivered the microwave to our house on the same day. It is easy to use, quiet, and works wonderfully. I highly recommend it.
