Great looking microwave and with a slightly different interface. On the front of the device you have a slider to add time plus the start & stop buttons. when you open the door the normal preset and number controls are on the right side. takes a little getting used to but I like it. The food cooks real fast and evenly in this 1.5 cubic foot device. highly recommend

Our old microwave finally died. It had been many years since we were in the market for one. Best Buy had a good number of choices in various size, power and price ranges. This model was the perfect fit for our needs. It works great, looks great and has a cool little set of tunes when various functions are used, completed, etc. We're really happy with this device.

Really love the look and design of this microwave, would give 5 stars if we didn't have problems with it, within first few months we had issues with our microwave it kept showing error and stopped working looked up error and said was internal communication error and so had to return and get a new one. we were fortunate to have bought the insurance on it so did not have to buy a new one but was able to replace it but had to then buy new insurance for the new one. hoping that the faulty microwave was just a fluke and we can get a long time of use from this microwave since we really do like it. if the new microwave lasts us then I would recommend it.

This is a good microwave that works as advertised for the most part. The sensor cooking is almost great. It tends to run just 10sec to a minute too long depending what you're cooking, reheating or defrosting but its really really good. Love the controls and that there's no button to press to open. If I have one complaint its that it rattles/vibrates fairly loud. Which is weird cause the cooking process is farly quiet. If it weren't for the metal case making so much noise, you'd barely know it was on.

Needed a microwave to fit in a small cutout in kitchen. This product is great because it provides 1.5 cubic feet of space with a very small footprint. The operating system is amazingly intuitive and it appears to be more powerful than previous microwaves I have owned. It plays a song when your food is finished that sounds like a slot machine.

Good sized modern microwave. I like the gray inside the microwave. Easy to clean.

I got this microwave because it fit the size I was looking for and had the extra perk of being LG, considered one of the top brands for appliances...well, at least that's what I thought. Regarding features, let's be honest, almost all similar brands out there have the same set of features, so that part was not that important for me when deciding what microwave to buy. The 1st thing that I noticed was how loud it was. It rattles A LOT from multiple sources: 1) the door: it simply vibrates a lot (for this I cut some rubber stoppers and put them in the groves where the corners of the doors touch the frame) 2) the glass plate support: it has a hexagonal system with 3 wheels and 3 flat "sliders". This is supposed to provide more stability of the plate, but it is noisy 3) the enclosure: same as the door, it vibrates. If you put pressure with your hand the rattling stops, when you let go it starts again. No fix for this like with the door You learn to live with the noise as you use the microwave and get more and more accustomed to it. Unfortunately, after 1.5 years of having it, it died with a couple loud sparks, a strong smell of burnt lacquer and an scalding hot enclosure (which makes me think a coil of some sort burned) With 1.5 years of service this is the shortest lived microwave I've ever had, and certainly something I was not expecting from a top brand like LG. On the plus side, aesthetically, this is one of the nicest looking microwaves out there (personal opinion). But I can't do much with a non-functional good-looking microwave. Will start looking for a replacement across other brands different from LG.

Good size and power. I like the fact that it looks very clean from the outside.

Easy to set up an easy to operate. I like the nice clean design and especially the quick start by pressing up and down to set the time without having to do anything else. Only downside is at some point the up-and-down starts going by 30 seconds when some recipes want settings in five second increments.

Overall okay. Design looks nice, but…. Don’t love the lack of standard number panel. I feel like this is happening in other electronics, I don’t get it. Also don’t see the need for the door to overlap the control panel. That makes the door extra large and not great in a tighter counter spacing… we have this in pantry area of the house and a vertical upright of the casework system makes it difficult to open even with 4” from the wall… it works well, it claims to be brighter than most microwaves, but doesn’t seem to be any brighter than my previous microwave. My previous microwave went out the day before Xmas eve, so I needed to get one ASAP, and this one was available, otherwise I would have tried to find something else.

Amazing microwave, big upgrade from old one which had to have been at least 10 years old. So we had a major upgrade. Power, along with other heating options have made a big difference. Size is good as well, things that couldn't or would tightly fit in old one, are no problem in this one.

Stylish with a modern look very easy to use and quick

A very clean design; it looks great in the kitchen. There are no numbers to input time for cooking. Time is added using +/- buttons o the outside which take some time to get used to and is a bit less convenient in my opinion. More controls are actually behind the door and also takes a bit of an adjustment. Works well overall.
