Great buy! A little loud but even warming. Makes a drink at even temp all the way through. No hot and cold spots. A lot you can do with this microwave and takes getting used to. Nice finish, compact as it has no legs. Love the gray interior and that you can see your food cook as the light stays on. You won’t be disappointed.

We needed a matching Black Stainless microwave to go with our other purchases and this one filled our needs. We are basic microwave users so I can't help the more sophisticated users, but we found the unit a pleasure to use. It's much more powerful than our previous unit and works just as we wanted.

First of all, this unit looks awesome and modern. I have this unit for a week, and it works great. 30s and your food is warmed hot already. I like it when it’s done heating things up, it alarms you ( not annoying way). Plus, it has a clock on this unit. Very useful unit. In conclusion, it’s worth the money. Good investment for years.

The unit is compact yet able to handle large plates. Very quite & easy to use.

Finally found a microwave that looks like from 2017. Sleek design and modern technology!

Had for 9months - love it; pleanty large, very modern looking. Way better than 2 Samsungs that both died just after waranty expired...

We've only been using this for a few weeks, but for the price and size it has some nice features and a contemporary look/feel. Takes a little time to get used to some of the settings because they are different from most older models. Can't give a 5th star since it's not yet had to stand the test of time.

I am very happy with this microwave. It is a little larger inside than my old one and smaller on the outside. I like the smaller footprint. The controls are easy to use. First thing I used it on was a Sensor Defrost. It worked perfect and shut off at just the right time. I would recommend this and would buy it again if needed.

I purchased for my mom and it's great. It warms the food evenly and I really like the sound it makes when the food is ready. My only issue, which is not a big deal, is the clock never stays set. I've set it at least 10 times but it doesn't stay that way. Again, not a deal breaker but would be nice if it did. Very modern and sleek on the counter top.

Fantastic microwave! Has a really nice little musical tune that plays instead of an annoying beep. Warms/heats food very well Very sleek looking Touch controls look and work amazing. Very responsive White LED light inside is really nice Light and size are very nice. Makes the most use out of inside space

We have tried various other brands for microwaves but this by far was a solid purchase. I enjoy the sleek look from the exterior. Easy to wipe/clean.

This microwave is a beautiful thing, very nice in every way. My only complaint is that it does not heat uniformly. It seems that the middle of a dish does not heat like the edges do, so you have to interrupt cooking and stir to achieve uniform cooking. By the way, I did not get the "black" model. The one I have has silver stainless trim. I find the instructions complicated. I'm using the booklet that came with it to learn. So far I've been able to heat coffee and cook oatmeal. For those functions, it works very well. I've had it only about ten days.

Product is quite high quality. Functions well and it sings upon timer and cook time completion. Excellent product and easy to keep clean. Only downside is that it only goes up or down in increments of ten. Minor inconvenience

This unit cooks very well and quickly with 1200 watts. This model is attractive and classy with its chimes. Some people will find it difficult to use , due to its advance controls; however, once you get used to it, its nice. Consumer Reports rates it high at 78, and their is a 10 year warranty, so faced with a choice of conventional units I went with the NEO CHEF.

My old microwave was showing its age , and this LG was a good upgrade. The the simple slider interface with + and - at the ends to set the cook time was intuitive and became easy to use quickly. I also liked the turntable design, and the faster cooking time with 1200 W. The exterior matches my black and stainless steel stove very nicely.

Love this microwave. Super easy to function & cook with for any age group. Looks & works wonderful.

Love this microwave. Especially the slide bar to set how long you need to microwave something, it is so easy to use and fun. I also like the nice tune it plays when it stops.

Very attractive design. You get full interior capacity for lasagna dishes, etc. without the oversized exterior. Very easy to operate. The only reason it's a 4 instead of a 5 is it's a bit noisy and is without a soft close door (as compared to the small Breville microwave oven I previously had).
