Only reason I don’t give it five stars...the timer buttons have to be set with the door open and the larger version has a rounded back inside for easy cleaning, which I thought this one had but it doesn’t. Perfectly happy otherwise, cooks quickly!

Pretty good microwave. The buttons are in a weird spot however.

This is the only countertop LG microwave that matches our other LG Black Stainless appliances. The key pad is an adjustment as there are no physical numbers to enter, but you can adjust to it easily. It does a great job heating our food and is a perfect size.

We have had this microwave for a little over a month and it is doing a great job. It is easy to clean, easy to use and feels sturdy. I like the feature of being able to use the outside of the door to set your time.

I like this a little more than the big brother, the 2.0cu because it doesn't take up as much space and it still fits a majority of stuff inside. Plus the sleek front panel and the pull for the door is better IMO

Full touch screen is nice but would have liked a few more options for when the door is closed. Works great and actually cooks like a true 1200 watt. Styling is fantastic and the finish song is neat.

We have had this microwave for over 2 years now. It is my favorite microwave ever, elegant looking, and easy to use. The interface on the door took a bit of getting used to, but then it was smooth sailing. We put it into a wall niche which had plenty of space in the back, but didn't offer the space on the sides that was recommended. However, it has worked flawlessly and we've no problems with overheating, etc. Some people complain about the short "tune" it plays when finished, but I like it because it distinguishes it from any other device, and it's very minor. You'd have to be prettiy picky, I think, to be bothered by it.

It’s a microwave oven. It heats up your food when you push the buttons; nicely and evenly. Sleek look. My kids happen to LOVE the jingle and it doesn’t bother my husband or myself. I think it was a good buy. If that changes, I will be back to update.

Very neat / modern looking microwave. Hidden controls add a touch of modern.

I have owned an LG microwave before. Had it for about 5 years and was satisfied with it. In the fall of last year had a series of power company blackouts and brownouts--despite having a surge protector the microwave just didn't perform well after that. Decided to replace it, and looked for the exact same model. Well, even though it had the same model number it wasn't the same machine. The controls are very different and it's taken quite some time to get used to them. That I can live with, but the sounds it makes when it has finished a task are like very old video game/goofy anime/cheesy ice cream truck music. Wish I could disconnect that--then I'd be very happy with it. As I wrote in the title, I'm probably too picky; I'm sure there are plenty of folks who like the sounds it makes. And even though that's annoying for me, it wouldn't stop me from recommending this machine.

Looks nice. It's much quieter than the old one, and the controls are good. The "done" alert is pleasant, which is a nice change from the nasty screech that most microwaves have used for years. It does exactly what you expect, and that is good.

This is a very nice microwave. We needed a particular size and this fit perfectly. Well made. Works well. Controls could be a little better. You can’t just punch in the cook time you want. You have to scroll up to the time you want.

Nice design, portable, microwaving is very fast compared to others I have used in the past

Speedy delivery and great product. Perfect size for our cabinet space. Large enough and yet has a good footprint not taking up a lot of space. I love this microwave.

needed a new microwave , went to best buy & was window shopping .A salesperson helped answer some questions & recommended this L.G. , stating that it had printproof black S.S. ,& that was a big selling point . He was right , easy to keep clean & works great

Powerful heating sleek and nice design but it does make loud noise at times

This LG-NeoChef microwave is simple and effective. We do not cook with a microwave very much, mostly reheating. It is easy to use and easy to clean.

Took a bit to get used to the controls but once we did we really like the oven. The alert tones are pleasant to hear. It is easy to clean & love the fact that you can clean the door without accidentally pressing control buttons.

This microwave would get five stars if it weren't so loud. The glass plate thing that rotates vibrates and adds to the noise. However, it's powerful and does what we need it to do.

This microwave works really well. It warms and reheats food as expected. The only thing that I don't like is that it does not have number buttons to select heating time. There is a button to press that registers 30 seconds per press. There is also a graduated line on the outside that you slide your finger along to increase or decrease the time. When you open the door there is a button to press that registers 10 seconds per press. There is no way to select individual times. I was told by the sales person that when plugged in and turned on, the numbers would appear on the outside of the door. That is not the case. Other than that, the microwave works well. It just takes a little getting used to. I've only had this microwave for a month.
