I like it because it is very easy to use. It's also nice and big without being too tall.

This microwave works great, and it is extremely easy to use, you can truly see your food clearly while it is cooking and can increase or decrease the time easily.

We have had this microwave about a month now. So far we love it. It is very easy to use and does everything we need. Heats very quickly and evenly. It is a good size without taking over your counter.

My wife and I found this microwave and liked it for the size and design. It’s different from other microwaves due to its control panel being hidden behind the door. It’s functionality is user friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this product.

Hi, recently my old microwave died and I was forced to find a new one. Initially I saw this microwave at my local Best Buy and thought it was just the right size and really looked nice; but knowing nothing really about how well LG makes microwaves, I decided to hold off and do some research. After a couple days of checking reviews, sites, and stores I realized that every microwave had some good and some not so good reviews. I chose this one because of the simplicity of the controls, the mainly positive reviews, and it ended up going on sale just as I had decided to get it. So I really lucked out. It’s spot on for defrosting meat and can pop popcorn perfectly. It’s a little more wattage than my last so I’m still getting used to how long to heat things, but that’ll come with time.

I loved the way the microwave LOOKED from the minute I saw it. It does exactly what it says it does. Three months later, I am still in love with this appliance. It's super easy to clean and I LOVE the ability to lock out my 3 year old grandson.

Love the design and how snug it fits into our new cabinet. Left a little space between the sides for ventilation. Love the sleek look. Got a great deal when it was on sale. Definitely recommend

I bought this microwave to match my LG fridge and stove. I have not had any problems with it and am very happy with my purchase. It is very roomy and easy to operate. It warms up leftovers in record time. An excellent value. Quality and affordable.

Overall very nice, sleek, quiet, simple controls. Two minor issues. The oven tends to slide on the counter when opening the door. The controls are not illuminated and difficult to see.

Powerful and sleek. Plenty of power to take care of your daily needs. Takes a bit getting to know and understand how to do the settings for your meals. Once you understand it it’s rather easy. Different front interface if you’re used to inputting your time on a regular front keypad. You need to adjust your time with a slide bar on the front instead of a regular keypad. Microwave has automatic settings for popcorn, reheating of meals (most standard settings). Recommended if you want or need a sleek modern microwave.

Works great , even cooking, fits large Pyrex bowls and other dishes.

Functionally, this is a great microwave. Easy clean interior. Promises less fingerprints on the front panel. Does its job, and looks good. Operationally is where it falls short. To program cooking, this must be done with the door open, as programming is located on the front right, inside of the door. The only thing on the outside of the door is a Start and Stop/Pause touch spots. (Thus the less visible fingerprints promised - they're still there - just on the inside of the front.) There is no numeric keypad, replaced with a "+" and "-" sign. So, you have to scroll up and down by 10 second increments. There is no auto 30-second hit, or 1-5 minute hit, a great convenience with other models. Invariably, you have to "+" and "-" a couple of times to reach your target. No 5-second increments. Fixing the dogs' dinners every night requires a 15-second heating, so it is not refrigerator cold. This now requires watching, as 20-seconds makes it too hot to eat.

Looks sleek, easy to keep clean, easy to run, love the sensor for veggies, leftovers and the defrosting of frozen meat feature. Timer saves and runs while you are using it for cooking. The inside cleans well with the nonstick coating

Nice microwave. Very large and heats/cooks well. Buttons/controls on the outside is very important to me. Only real issue is sometimes when we push to open the door, the door won't spring out/open. We have to hold down the "button" and pull the door open from the bottom at the same time. I'd still say it's worth getting.

NeoChef microwave has several functions and the size of the oven allows me to use various size and shape dishes and bowls. It is easy to use and directions are easy to understand. Additionally, cleaning is a snap.
