I love this Microwave. It look really modern and is a good size.

We have been using at our office for several weeks and it does heat more than our previous micro and easier to clean. It looks stylish but best of all it has many great features. Highly recommend.

I love everything about this microwave from style to form factor, but unfortunately the noise was unbearable. When the microwave is running, it has a very loud vibration/ rattling sound. Then the turn table compounds the issue where the glass surface rumbles on the the hexagon shaped ring which makes it super annoying. Not acceptable, so had to return. However, if you don’t mind the noise, it does defrost meat (frozen steak and burgers) pretty good where meat is still red and not browned like other microwaves without inversion tech. It also heats up beverages piping hot in sensor mode. This model was suppose to replace my 6 year old GE microwave that was getting periodic noise from the magnetron and probably ready to go out soon, plus the door spring was getting weak where you have to help open the door. The noise on the new LG, was louder than the one it was replacing, so that was the deal breaker and had to go back.

This oven was perfect for the shelf location in my kitchen and it was the exact height to fit into the space. The primary reason for buying was that you can open and close the door quietly. Most microwave ovens have a loud clunking noise on the latch mechanism. This one does not. I found only two drawbacks with this product. Setting manual cook times can only be done on 10 or 30 second increments (no precise numbers like my old oven), as there is no key pad. Also, as it states in the instruction manual, "oven may disrupt wi-fi signals when in use. It does. If your wi-fi device is used between the oven and the router (think line of sight) the device signal slows/stops until oven shuts off. If your device is not in this line, then it is not affected. All-in-all, it's a great oven and I am very pleased with this purchase.

Not only is it beautiful, it works great. We have a limited space in our kitchen for a microwave and this fit perfect. Our entire kitchen has GE Monogram and this blended I perfectly with everything.

Great microwave. Looks good and functions as it should. Only con is there is no release latch. You just pull it open and it makes the microwave slide forward each time

This LG microwave has the power we need to cook food fast and it works well from the heating perspective. The one item that makes it harder to use is lack of a full keypad that lets you quickly key in the time you want to cook your food. On this unit, you have to use the + key add time or use a slider function, and that's not as accurate as punching in the time through a keypad so it can take longer to set the microwave up to start cooking. Otherwise, we like the unit.

It works well and has a nice, simple look. Very happy with it.

The microwave was discounted as it was an opened item but it works well. So easy to use my grandma doesn't have to call every time she needs to figure out the timer

This is the best microwave I have ever used. I love all the functionality it has. It doesn’t undercook or overcook anything when using the smart sensor cooking. I also love the design.

Love this microv. The sheen look of it. The light of the numbers. Not sure how i turn down the music sound at the end. But its easy to clean and looks & works awesome.

There's a lot to like about this microwave. You get used to the slider fairly quickly, and pressing the start button increases the time in 30 second increments. The timer is nice too, and it is easy to clean and looks great. That's the end of the good stuff. From the get-go, the thing makes a horrible rattling sound when it's running; customer service advised removing and replacing the turntable ring, which we did several times to no avail. But the worst part is the interference with wi-fi and Bluetooth, which others have mentioned. I listen to the news and podcasts on my phone while in the kitchen and though I could put up with some stuttering and intermittent stopping, I didn't realize it was actually shutting off the wi-fi on my phone. As a result, I ended up purchasing about $50 worth of data from my wireless provider. Now I stay alert and make sure the wi-fi symbol is active; if not, I have to go into settings and turn wi-fi back on. I have finally set the phone to wi-fi only so it doesn't switch to mobile data without my knowing. This happens throughout the 300 sq. ft. house when the microwave is running, not only in the kitchen. I can't help wondering about effects on our health. LG customer service was no help, telling us to move the router and the microwave further apart...this didn't help at all. Maybe this unit was a lemon, but that fact doesn't solve the problem. We'll be shopping for a different one.

Read the instruction manual to get the full benefit of the quick reference menu inside the door. Never have had anything overcooked or over thawed. If you are a coffee re-heater this is the machine for you. I was a bit concerned that the interior was not stainless steel but so far I like the way it cleans up. The only flaw I can find is that the stainless steel finish on the face of this model is not smudge resistant though greasy fingerprints clean easily with dish detergent on a damp sponge. Therefore I give it 5 stars for function, value and ease of use. I expect this to last for many years because of the high quality but would certainly update if performance is not as expected.
