It is easier to use than I thought it would be. The main controls are inside the door, but you can set the time using the arrows and holding it. Once it gets to a minute the time will go by 30 seconds. The senor cook works ok on some food, but not on all. It does cook evenly and I like the door handle.

Great product!! Works like a charm. I specially like the touch sensitive controls without a keypad. Of course it wouldn’t be LG if the notifications weren’t musical

Works great. Cooks even and makes cool sounds. Controls are easy to use and overall good looks. Fingerprints aren’t as bad as I thought they would be.

This is a very nice countertop microwave with high cooking power, amazing design and great price. The only issue is you cannot builtin into your home as no trim kit is available in the market.

A great microwave with great cook power and short cook times. Easy to use, and durable. Maybe a little large for some counters, but it heats, quickly, evenly and is hassle free. A very solid product.

Everything works as expected and lives up to LG's reputation. Easy to setup and use. My only improvement would be to have the setting for time to cook or timer on the outside and not have to open the door.

Great looking microwave for the kitchen counter. Cooks faster than any microwave I've ever owned. The buttons to set the cook time are a plus/minus button, took a few days to get used to. The defrost mode works very well for frozen meats. Very pleased with the purchase ,so far.

The pre-set cook/defrost/reheat settings are easy to figure out and perform better than expected. The Sensor Cook timing is excellent and very efficient. No complaints with the notification sounds for settings and when the timer goes off (I am surprised by other reviews that complain about this feature - seriously?) Inside capacity is larger than most mid-size microwaves. Overall an excellent purchase and highly recommended.

I had this microwave for 4 years before it had to be replaced. That warrranty I bought via Geek Squad was worth it too.

I purchased this to replace my 20-year-old GE microwave that died. The design aesthetic and oven controls are both excellent, and it works quite well.

This microwave does exactly what it says it does and it has some intelligent features. I could do without the little musical phrase it plays when I don't go retrieve my item right away. If we're going with music, let's change up the tune some times! Ha ha! Not that important, of course. And it does beat the old obnoxious buzz that most microwaves give at the end. Also, I would suggest they place a few more of the controls on the outside panel (power level being one) so that I don't have to always open the door to chose a setting other than high.

Very happy with this microwave. Works well and is easy to use. The touch and slide option on the front is quick and easy to use.
