The microwave works great. Several people complained about how to set the time for cooking and the chimes. Setting the time is a breeze and the chimes are pleasant versus the old fashioned beeps.

Simple set up. Easy cleaning. Warm up function works perfectly. Making food right temperature and very even heating. Easy to use. Wonderful tone to let you know when trimmer is up!

We had purchased an expensive Sharp microwave and it only lasted 10 months, so we thought we would give LG a shot. We’ve had it about 2 months, and so far it’s been flawless. I love the touch button displays. It also has the ability to do a diagnostic through the app if a problem should arise. It cooks frozen vegetables perfectly using the sensor cook mode. The only critique is that the turn table is a bit loud when it runs.

Great microwave, not too big/small. Chimes to let you know food is done. Does make a loud humming noise when first turned on which I was concerned about but it is apparently normal.

It's a great looking and great performing microwave with a large turntable. One issue we noticed is a weird smell when it was operating for a couple of weeks even through we wiped it all inside out upon delivery. I attribute it to the surface coating inside. Also, its controls are pretty unusual and get some time to get used to when you have to set everything before closing the door and then only press Start from the outside after the door is closed. Having to press and hold + and - to increase/decrease time and power level is also annoying.

Last microwave finally quit and it's been over 10 years since purchased one. Easy to use and just a couple minutes and you know how to use all the features. Works fantastic!

At 1200W, this microwave heats items much faster than my previous 1000W and 1100W microwaves did. But the winning feature to me is the distinctive control panel. It's weird at first, picking a time by sliding your finger instead of punching out numbers. I find now that I'm accustomed to it, I much prefer it. Most of all, regular counter-mount microwaves are just plain ugly. The normal interface, with two dozen labels and a bunch of buttons you never use, hasn't been revisited since the 1980s. I chose this microwave partly because of its modern, distinctive look, but I'm especially happy with how efficiently it heats.

This is perfect for the small space that I needed it for. Works well for many things and is quiet.

Replaced a 10 year old Kenmore. Works great! Love how it extends in the back making the inside feel huge without it feeling bulky.

I like this microwave a lot. It looks really nice and has plenty of power. The instructions on setting the clock are confusing but if you don't need another digital clock in your kitchen it's great.

Purchased this to replace a hand me down 10 year old small unit that was dying. I am totally pleased with the speed, power and features of this microwave. Also got it on sale for about $70.00 regular price.

We purchased this as an open box item and we are not disappointed. Food warms up quickly, user friendly. Lock feature did delay my wife from using it initially. It made for comic relief.

Very quiet. It fit perfectly in my microwave slot in my kitchen. Just what I was looking for. Simple keyboard, with the common quick start readily available.

Its easy to operate and instructions are right inside the door. One of the higher wattage microwave so food seems to come out as instructed on most packages. Would definitely recommend

Works and looks great, but without having a number pad and most of the function keys on inside of door, it is a bit more cumbersome to operate.

We have owned many microwaves ,Each one had different Brand names. This LG is my first . Microwave by far is the Quietest We have ever Owned has easy functionality and looks.

Perfect size. Really like the front timer slider feature. The timer tone is refreshing, much better than the usual beeping. Highly recommend.

We got this new microwave for our beach house. It is very quiet and efficient. It is so much sturdier than our last one. We had to close our old one carefully because the door was very thin. This one has a door that is so much thicker. My favorite aspect of this microwave is the signal when your timer runs out. It signals maybe five times and turns off. We have one at home the continues to signal forever. I even called the dealership to find out how to turn it off for good. “It is there to conserve electricity.” Really? It seems like the continuous signaling would cause more electricity.

Works very well as a basic microwave. Easier to keep clean given most of buttons are covered by door and door easy to wipe down. Overall capacity is very good for microwave size.
