We love this new microwave. It plays a little tune when it's finished rather than annoying beeps, which fills us with glee because we're easily amused. Love the smart sensors and new cooking options, our last microwave went kaput and was easily over a decade old. Fun to see the new things that have been come up with over the years!

Bought this to upgrade from an older microwave I had for about 6 years. Little did I know how much of an upgrade this would be. Pros. This thing will cook your food so fast, you won't even have time to watch your favorite cat video while on the can before its time to eat! It looks attractive. I mean, just look at it! Cons. The "beep" for this unit is more like a jingle that you either love or hate. I can see it eventually getting annoying. Thankfully there's youtube to show you how to silence the thing. All in all. I'm happy with it.

This is my first time having a LG microwave, I can mention that it gets the job done. The amount of time you put to heat something up it’s exactly what it does. You could warm up a hamburger and 30 seconds to a minute. Warms it up nice and perfect. I like the futures that it contains it gives you options of what you’re going to cook and a little nice tone sound. The size is incredible that you can also cook a chicken in there. Best part a pizza.

It’s been great so far. Easy to work for what we use it for. Like the little music tones it has. Just wish it was able to raise the volume on the tones so it could be heard in other rooms.

Wanted largest in capacity and power at Best Buy Sept. 09, 2019 to replace an old smaller model. Also purchased extended warranty. Microwave is a good one.

Took a little bit to figure out the controls, it was not intuitive and very different than a traditional microwave. Once you get used to the touchscreen control though, you will likely not want to go back. Very high marks for looks, makes my kitchen look better than it is and this doesnt seem to pick up fingerprints. Door has no button to push and wont break like our last one, which is why we had to buy this one. Kind of pricey. Overall very good, would recommend.

Great microwave with a good capacity. Simplistic design and easy to use touch controls. The song upon completion can be a bit annoying but it grows on you.

Works great. Thought it would be too small but is perfect. Can hold a large casserole dish. Just a little tight when trying to get it out. Like the sleek look with no numerical buttons on the front.

This microwave is large enough for a small family. Powerful enough for our needs. Has features different from any previous one we have owned. It took a little while to get used to it but love it now.

It heats evenly and quickly, and it's very easy to use and clean. It also has a happy little song when your food is ready.

When our Sharp microwave died after many years of service, I used Consumer Reports to look for comparable microwaves that were highly rated. This LG microwave fit the bill, and Best Buy was the only store in town that had it in stock. I placed an online order, and within 2 hours I received text that the item was ready for pickup, and the pickup process was smooth and fast. The microwave has indeed lived up to its reputation, and I especially like the short cut on the front panel for boiling a cup of water for tea or cocoa, something that's done just about every day in our household.
