This microwave is very easy to use. Has nice sensor setting that make cooking a breeze. Love the clean, sleek look.

Heats quickly. Settings are very precise. I love that there are no buttons on the outside. The chime is nice. Use little power. Very quiet.

Our old microwave died almost after 30 years. We did not know which microwave brand to go with but by going to your web site we were able to review and compare the different brands available. The LG NeoChef which we decided to purchase has really impressed us with the simplicity of use and the speed is really a great improvement. My wife and I are very happy with our new microwave and looking for many years of service to us our family and friends.

This is been a great microwave so far. As I have had it only a year-and-a-half I have not had one problem with it it's very stylish and goes with everything else that we have in the kitchen. Just in case even though the manufacturer provides a great return replacement warranty I bought the Geek Squad protection anyways. Of course this was a little bulky to carry home even though it was only a block or two I had it delivered and they delivered it with no problem and on time. Great service for a great item

This is a wonderful microwave and easy to use once you understand and figure out how to use it but it’s not hard. The way the controls are on the inside of the door is pretty cool gives it a nicer look. I would say to buy the 4 year warranty it’s not much and if you have any problem with it all you have to do is take it back and get a new one or a refund for the original price you paid. I would definitely buy it again when I need a new one.
