This worked out perfectly to complete our downstairs family room's functionality. No more trips upstairs to heat snacks and food for those family gatherings as well as our granddaughter's food when we babysit.

I bought this in an emergency after my old microwave died. I bought it mostly because it was the right size for my built-in microwave shelf. But I was pleasantly surprised by it's upscale performance on a basic budget. It cleans up easily and has a lot of functions. My teen-aged kids declared that it makes them happy with it's music as "done" notice, rather than the old, annoying beep. I've even caught my daughter dancing to it! Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase.

It is a good unit and cooks food well. The only thing Wish it has was all the buttons on the outside and number buttons. I did not do enough research to make sure it was 100% what I wanted. But all in all, it does what it supposed to and is a good operating microwave

I've had a few people mention we have a small microwave, which cracks me up. I've never needed a big microwave. What could you possible be nuking that needs a large microwave? Dinner plates, popcorn, tupperware, and mixing bowls. Everything fits. I got the small one because it looks so sleek and unobtrusive. I love the interface. The only way it could be better is if it had a grill heating element like fancy microwaves nowadays.

Seems alright i just got it to replace another Microwave haven't used it works currently. Aestheticly its a common boring design its considerably louder and door is wonky opening and closing.

Got this as a replacement for a similar sized microwave that burned out. Works well as designed. No keypad can be either a help for setting time or a hindrance by being less precise, since times can only be set in increments of 10 seconds. Defrost cycle actually works pretty well when you enter approximate weight of the item. Overall would recommend to most people.

This microwave operates differently than most. The door has some of the most basic controls, but to get to the functions of power level and sensor cooks, you have to open the door after you set the cook time. So set your cook time before you put the food in. The sensor cook feature is the best and most accurate I have seen, and I use it more than I have on any other microwave. Once you get used to the way it operates, it is a superior machine.

The sounds this microwave makes are terrible. It plays annoying music at you in beeps with different tunes for different situations. What happened to just the regular few beeps to tell you it is done? It also lacks a numeric keyapd, instead using a slider to set the time. I thought this would be fine, but it turns out to be quite annoying as you either have to repeatedly stab the touch panel or try to hit the time exactly with the digital touch slider and then back up and go forward in 10second or 30 second increments. It isn't obvious when you are buying it, but this is a really terrible design. It is also not nearly as quiet as the reviews make it out to be.

I read several review panning the interface and limited controls when the door is closed. I am 71 years old and found the interface to be straight forward and convenient. It is a good size in that it is not overly huge but it has plenty of space inside for larger or irregular shaped plates.

I love the sleek design. I was looking for a door with a handle instead of a button to open and this model fit my needs. I really enjoy the simplicity of the controls now (was unsure at first). Overall, highly recommended. Hopefully, it will continue to perform as it does now. We’ve had it for about a month I think. Use it daily. No complaints.

Great microwave from LG. I needed to replace an aging one with this new one and yes it was indeed LG product that really works well. I have other LG products including a washer, and every one of them works great. This was no exception!
