Smaller size microwave fit into my space perfectly. Lots of power for a smaller microwave.

This microwave has performed great so far, there are two annoying things that I don't like about this microwave , it has no traditional number pad and instead uses counter intuitive + and - buttons to enter the cooking time which is strangely locked in at 10 second intervals, the other slightly more annoying thing is that you don't have the option to mute the constant beeping and musical jingles that it emits while cooking.

Overall, this microwave performs well. It cooks food and defrosts evenly and the musical tones it uses are preferable to the obnoxious buzzer from other microwaves. I have a few quibbles with the design, however. Firstly, the turntable support slips out of place often and re-seating the turntable is not as quick and easy as it should be. Secondly, the convoluted system for auto-cooking is ridiculously complicated and you must have the manual handy just to look up simple cooking techniques. Thirdly, I cannot figure out how to set it to time for a period and then begin cooking. This is a big drawback for me, as I used that feature on my old microwave daily, so that all of the dishes I prepared would be ready at the same time. I have only had the appliance for about two weeks, so I may get accustomed to it, but as of now, I hate the controls and find the manual maddening.

I've been without one for 8 plus years. I finally broke down and got one. I wanted the Best and LG product. When I say it cooked/ hear up great is an understatement! I mean the good is piping hot quick and stays got while eating. You can see the smoke coming off the food. I like the tunes, look, features and options. I am glad I waited and purchase this one. Simple the BEST hands down. Stainless pretty, been waiting stainless for years

This is the best Microwave. All the controls are so intuitive and easy to use. You can't ask for a better Microwave. I'm extremely happy with it.

My previous panasonic microwave had an annoying problem with the door-latch mechanism which causes the microwave to shut off and not work. It drove me bonkers. I bought this microwave mainly, at first, because it fits inside the cabinet (which has a narrow height) but I fell in love the touch features on the LG and I heartily recommend it anyone. If my cabinet was bigger I would've gotten the next size up.

It has several features I like such as a reminder chime to remind you the cycle is complete, easier to see the food as it is cooking, & the chime instead of a dinger. The chime isn't as loud or annoying as other cooking complete notices. I took off one star because it has a vibration when it cooks that we can't figure out. Otherwise it is the perfect wattage, size, & price for me!
