I bought this as an open-box item, as I needed a solid microwave for a good price. I’ve been very pleased with this unit, and would consider paying full price for it next time: it is easy to use, has a large capacity, and I enjoy the dimensions, as I needed something for under the counter.

Bought this after my 700watt microwave stopped working. This one heats everything a lot faster so I find myself having to put less time than I entered on my old one. It’s also very spacious inside and the black stainless steal is beautiful. The only thing is that it does show fingerprints on the keypad but it’s easily cleaned off.

Absolutely LOVE THE CLEAN LINES & the door pull instead of the push button that gets dirty!!! And only 2 quick settings on the face of the door & the rest behind the door! Microwaves very fast! Love the look inside & out!!!!

Pros: Works as described and looks good. Heats up food all over and doesn’t burn my popcorn. Cons: I miss having a number pad!!! Not LGs fault since I saw that it didn’t have one when I got it...BUT now that I have had it for awhile, I definitely prefer having a number pad vs one that doesn’t.

Just the right size and is far better quality than the pansonic inverter that lasted 1 day. the handles is a pull on the size and is a better method than pushing a button on the front.

Led lighting in the cabinet while cooking is nice feature. Integrated door handle is easier to open and close. The sound can be muted to stop notifications. Full Control panel inside door. Quick start feature and sliding bar adjustment for cook time on outer door panel. All settings are touch control.

Been using for two years. It us a workhorse, just keeps going. Cooks very well as a Microwave oven. Took me a while to learn how to use the controls, but now that I am used to it they make a lot of sense.
