Awesome little microwave. Huge fan of LG products in general. The black stainless look is just gorgeous. Nice little touch slider feature lets you adjust the time up or down while cooking to avoid opening the door and resetting which seems lazy but really is handy!

This microwave is the best!! It heats up food from the inside out never a cold spot heats evenly, I love there no push buttons just slide your finger across to the time you want , all of the options work very well, and very nice looking microwave looks good in the kitchen

Since I came to USA I’m using LG microwave. This is my second one. The first one I used almost 8 year’s and having this one last 3 years. I love the touchscreen function and it heat up food very quickly.

After having this microwave for one week I returned it. It makes way too many sounds and there's no mute option. If you leave your food in there after it's done it does this beeping jingle every 20 seconds untill you open the door. When you use the sensor cook the microwave will start and when it figures out how much time is left it does another beeping jingle. The button options are horrible. If you want to set a time you have to hit the 10-second button over and over and over again. The sensor cook is also horrible because it wants to overcook everything by literally minutes. The only good thing about this microwave is the way it looks. LG failed on this.

What struck us the most about this microwave is the flush front door. The lip to open is hidden creating a very clean, easy to wipe down surface. Beyond the aesthetics, this microwave cooks extremely well with a reheat option that works better than others we've tried. We liked it so much our neighbor got one.

Our old microwave burnt-out and of course we needed a new one. This one was the best one we could find and it was a winner with the price. Best bang for your buck for sure.

The LG - NeoChef 1.5 Cu. Ft. Countertop Microwave is amazing!! Have had three or four different ones in a period of over 30 years, and this one is absolutely the best!!

Good microwave but check the electrical requirements. It needs its own circuit and uses a lot of amps. It is a little bit louder than my previous microwave but does cook more quickly.

Works great, sensor reheat and defrost are easy to use so we're already getting more out of this microwave than the last one. Recommend keeping the manual handy as you learn how to use it -- ours is in a binder nearby with other kitchen machinery manuals.

This microwave seems to heat food up at a much faster time than my old microwave. If you buy this unit, please be aware of the time you set. I do not like that there are no numbers to set the time you want. I like the size and it fits on my counter very nicely.

We LOVE this microwave. It is easy to use, the door opening is simple (and not a spring-loaded button, which we hate), it's easy to clean AND it plays a delightful song when the food is done. Highly recommend this to you if you are wondering which model to get.

Moved into a rental house that doesn’t have a microwave, so I picked this bad boy up for a great deal. Even though I wish more of the controls were on the outside of the door, it doesn’t really matter that they are on the inside. It heats things incredibly well and doesn’t have the awful cold spot in the middle. Powerful and very quiet. Highly recommend

Hello, We are happy with this microwave, but instead of a 'ding' sound when the cycle is finished, it sings a little 'diddy'. It also sings it when you start it. This is not only annoying, but it can wake up others in your home when you must work late and need to warm something up. There appears to be no way to shut this feature off, or even to lower the volume. We checked online, and it seems this sort of annoyance is noted by a lot of people with different types of microwaves. We do not need to be entertained while we prepare or warm our food, so I am unsure why microwave manufacturers have forced this into their machines. This, however, is not Best Buy's doing.

Microwave fit perfectly in our cupboard space. Easy to use.

I like that the product. It is lightweight and it works well. I would have gotten a larger capacity but this was the largest one they had on the store at the time.
