Decent microwave. Lasted less than 4 years. Very hard to read panel for most people. Looks great! 10 year warranty on magnetron is a joke. LG will send you one and you will have to have the repair done. Cheaper to get a new one. I'd have bought another brand and I did, but BB had limited items in stock. Sharp was too small. Had to buy it again. Recommend with reservations.

Very powerful. Works greats so far. I've had it for about a month now.

Super modern and smart features. This was going to be tucked away in a nook of our counters but since it looks so nice it had to be shown off. I did have to do a quick read of the manual to understand all the features as they are not that obvious but very smart in function design.

It cooks baked potatoes and works great. Just the right size.

This unit was purchased to replace a 20+ year old microwave. We wanted to upgrade the kitchen with LG appliance and also wanted to change from white to stainless steel. This microwave works well, but took a little getting used to as it has many of it's controls hidden behind the door.

Finally decided to upgrade the microwave I bought in 1996. Microwave technology hasn't changed too much. This one does the same things my old one did - heats up my food quickly. It is a bit cleaner though.

Like the sleekness of the front and the ease of use.

I am very happy with the modern and sleek look of this microwave. It matches all of my black stainless steel Samsung appliances. The interior has a nice dark look (I hate white microwave interiors) and looks clean!

In June of 2018 I purchased this microwave oven, having heard that LG made quality appliances. I was impressed by the 10 year warranty. Although the display is hard to read, and the sensor cook feature tended to cause food to explode, I found it worked reasonably well. I recently (October 2022) noticed rust spots at the back of the interior and called customer service. They requested photographs and said there wasn't much rust and suggested that I clean the oven regularly with lemon juice, rinsing with clear water. I have done this and it seemed to make the problem worse. In any case, I am disappointed with this and my next microwave will have a stainless steel interior.

I never really buy microwaves often, but my old one died and decided to buy the most modern and simple microwave I could find and this one checks out! Feels so epic just heating up left overs with the simplistic touch screen, and it works as you’d expect.

New smart type of microwave. works well & easy setup, The manual is easy to read. The only thing that is a little challenging is the setting of the clock, could be easier but can live with it since you do not have to set the clock very often. Smart technology to cook your food, the food is fully cooked. Can highly recommend.

Had this microwave for years and it is far superior to its counterparts. I’ll only buy LG appliances from now on.

This microwave seems to be working well so far and I like it for the price. The reason I can't give it a five is because of bad experience of buying large appliances this year. Hopefully a microwave can be sold that works unlike the three appliances that had to be returned - one more than once.
