I an really enjoying the features on my LG NeoChef countertop microwave. I love the chime instead of a loud beep. It is also attractive and less alien than previous models

It does a good job. Like the easy clean surface. Don't mind the timer chime. At least I can hear it. Don't like that you can only add time in 10 second intervals. I hope it lasts. Bought the 4 year service warranty as our last 2 microwaves only lasted about 18 months!

Works great easy to use I would recommend it anyone.

The only thing that we needed getting used to were the control selections inside the door face. Oh, and the finish-alarm is a bit annoying. It is an adequate microwave for our needs. Our last Whirlpool microwave lasted 10 years but was almost twice the price. We've only had this LG-NeoChef for two months, so, time will tell how it measures up. I will not recommend this microwave only because I do not make recommendations for any products.

It’s a beautiful looking microwave and it works pretty well but I did not realize when I bought it that there are no numbers to push for time it’s a slider which makes it a little hard to set exact cook times

If large size/capacity models are too much then this is a great alternative with a top of the line manufacturer and good features. Good to have an integrated handle as we have frequently had handle failures with "push button styles".

I’ve purchased a fee microwaves in my life time and all i can say this is the best yet for the price . #1 thing is that it heats up food very quickly

This is a very nice countertop appliance and goes very well with my other appliances. I also like the Smart Diagnostics feature.

More powerful than our previous microwave yet it first into the same space. The lack of a number pad to enter cook time took some getting used to but it works just fine.

The LG-NeoChef mid-size Microwave is absolutely awesome. It has performed beyond our expectation. The controls are easy to use and it warms food uniformly without the negatives that can be experienced with others, by being warm and cold at different areas of the food. I'll buy another LG microwave again.

The boss put me in charge of finding a new microwave for the office. I did a lot of research and without spending a lot of money we got a really nice microwave that gets lots of use from lots of people every day. It still looks brand new and operates perfectly every time. Can't complain for the money,

I was initially worried about the unusual controls on this microwave but the are really very easy to use the time slider is the best feature and makes it very easy to increase or decrease time instead of trying in the precise seconds or minutes. The hearing performance is better than my older under cabinet microwave. Definitely recommended

I really like the look for this microwave. Very clean lines. I have not had it long. Haven’t tried to figure out the ease of use. I just go to the seconds and keep adding to get to a minute. Hopefully I will get to read the directions soon.

We needed a new microwave because our old cheap one from Walmart started sparking and popping all over the place (dangerous) so I went out and got this and never have I ever had more hot food in my life, lol. This thing is so great and efficient and well worth the money.
