Seems to be working good and I like the smart appliance part of it. However, it is a little noisy when it runs. But for the price it was a good deal.

We love this new microwave. It is a little larger than the one we had and with 1250 watts, it cooks much faster than our old one. It takes a while to get used to not having a numerical keypad but using the "+" and "-" buttons work fine.

I like the sliding touch feature on the front that allows you to add or subtract more time. I like the jingle when it is done. The LED lighting is also nice. It cooks good and fast. I liked this microwave as it is not like traditional microwaves and opens from the side. Nice sleek modern design.

Had this microwave for years and it is far superior to its counterparts. I’ll only buy LG appliances from now on.

Purchased this microwave basically just to match the Black Stainless look of the stove and fridge. Am I ever glad I did. This microwave has been a great surprise so many features I didn't think I needed but now couldn't be without them. Well worth every cent we paid for this. Best of all my wife Loves it.

I did find the "Manuel" to be lacking in detail, I found a good explanation of how to use the microwave on YouTube. ONCE I understood how to use the controls, this microwave was outstanding. It does all I wanted it to and mow! I really recommend this,

The only thing that we needed getting used to were the control selections inside the door face. Oh, and the finish-alarm is a bit annoying. It is an adequate microwave for our needs. Our last Whirlpool microwave lasted 10 years but was almost twice the price. We've only had this LG-NeoChef for two months, so, time will tell how it measures up. I will not recommend this microwave only because I do not make recommendations for any products.

This is a good microwave. It’s actually bigger than I thought it would be. I ended up exchanging the mid size to the small because the mid was too big to fit anywhere in my kitchen. I wish there was an option to make it easier to select time of cooking.

Have had it for a month now and cant say I have anything negative with it. Works great, simple controls, does the job.

Controls are insane. There is no number key pad to put in the amount of time you want some thing to cook. As per the manual, "Press start/enter to cook at 100% cook power for 30 seconds. Press start/enter during cooking to increase cook time by 30 seconds. (Add up to 99 minutes and 59 seconds). To adjust the time [like if you have something that calls for 70 seconds of cook time] you have to use a vary unprecise tiny "slid bar" to adjust it up to 70 seconds. Now think about this... it starts with 30 seconds, then you have to do several button pushes to add another 30 seconds. How long did that take you? Maybe 10 seconds? So do you have 30 + 30 seconds cook time OR 20 + 30 seconds cook time? So how much do you add with the slide bar WHILE THE MICROWAVE IS RUNNING? Second, the sounds... It beeps and sings like a child's toy. Who wants a beepy 'song' every. single. time. the thing is done??? It went back!!

Awesome, easy to use with some real good food settings. Thought it would be too advance but better than expected

Great microwave. it does almost all of the thinking for you! I thought at frist I made a mistake purchasing this oven but it only took a few hours to get used to it and now I am so glad that I purchased this!

We like the LG - NeoChef 1.5 Cu. Ft. Mid-Size Microwave so far. It came with a 6 point turntable which helps the food cook evenly. We also enjoy the signals when the food is done. The signal is more musical than our old microwave.

Great little microwave. Have been happy with it but it did fail after 18 months. Glad I bought the bestbuy service plan because they swapped it out right away with no problems.

It’s great. It heats up food very fast and is very wide on the inside which gives it more space for food. I like that it’s easy to clean because of the screen and it’s really easy to use.

Overall microwave is fine but be warned there are no numbers on the panel. You can only go up in increments of 10. I am firm believer that somethings take 25 sec v 30 so it's kind of a bummer.

Works like a charm . This is definitely worth every penny. The features are amazing. I love the ease of warming up for , the defrost feature and the cooking feature. It heat up food from inside to out.
