It’s great, but it’s a open box and it makes a odd sound but Performance is great

Great microwave. The "done" signal is cute, sounds like a video game. Only issue I have, you can only do time increments of 10 seconds, so if time calls for 35 seconds, you have to do 40 and watch timer. Door is easy to open and close, no loud slam.

I Love the size and simplicity. Of this microwave.

Heats better than our old one. Once we got comfortable with the settings, I like those better also.

This microwave is very powerful, quiet, and the sensor setting does a great job. Cooked bacon with the sensor setting and it was the best bacon I ever cooked.

After 25 years our old microwave died, so getting anew one became necessary. After doing research the LG NeoChef quickly became the replacement candidate, the 1.5^3 foot size clinched it. There was a bit of learning curve, but all worked out.

The LG microwave is a large capacity microwave that is a high wattage machine that provides good power for thorough heating. Have used it for about a week.

Our microwave hood combo died. This was the best rated counter top, so we bought it. It’s intuitive to use - you need to have the door open to access all of the controls. If you just need to reheat something, then the door doesn’t need to be open.

Looks great and works well. Only issue is setting the cook time and power level takes a little longer than one touch microwave ovens.

It’s a great microwave The only thing I would change it how you punch in the time. You hit a plus button and it goes up in 10sec incriminate if it had buttons you could just punch in the time

I will ONLY buy LG when it comes to microwaves from now on. I recommended this LG microwave to my Brother when his old oven died. He loves it. The ease of use, even cooking, easy cleanup and so much more!

It's sleek, it's sexy, it heats up food like a good microwave should, and the popcorn setting is almost spot on give or take 5 to 10 seconds. I love it. the only thing I would change or add is the chime or jingle that let's you know when it's done.

Good product. It makes things hot. My only criticism would be that there is no number pad to adjust heating time. The time is set by swiping the face to adjust in 10 second increments.

Its an amazing microwave. Heats things up very quickly and way better then my old one. Would definitely buy this again.

Good product. I like the reminder when done, better than a harsh beep. Great power and cooks well. Do not like the fact you can only advance in 10 second intervals and cannot actually set a time. You have to advance in the 10 second increments and is a little bit of a pain.

This is an awesome microwave. I love it so much. Clean profile and very innovative. I had a $600 kitchen aid that failed after a year. I was so frustrated and vowed to never spend that much on a microwave again. This thing is awesome and stays so clean.
