I used this LG to replace a much more expensive name brand that only lasted 2 years. It is working better than the much more expensive brand.

I bought this for my mom for xmas..she sent me a picture of it up & its beautiful she loves it and it works well.

I bought this microwave after doing way too much research on a simple microwave purchase! First of all for the time I had it, it seemed like a good product, and heated food really well. However, I had a little problem where every time I'd use this microwave my internet would just stop. So I guess it was just a little too powerful! I ended up having to return it, because it was seriously annoying when whatever I was streaming would just stop, until my food was done heating up.

The features and power are more than sufficient for it's size. The end of cooking time jingle was cute at first, but this periodic remider jingle later becomes annoying if food is left inside this over a period of time.

L am extrememly happy with this putchase. It is a good size for my counter. I love LG appliances I never had an issue with any of them.

Great size, strong and wonderfully elegant. It's takes less time to heat up foods than my last microwave and it heats everything up evenly. Love the sound it plays when it's done, not annoying at all.

Having been a fan of LG for years I purchased this replacement Microwave when the last one failed after 5 years. This unit is more powerful being 1200 watts instead of the 1100 watts and 1" smaller a 15"... I decided on this unit because I truly like how easy the old unit was to clean. Having had this new unit for over a month now - I can honestly say I am NOT Happy with it. Yeah it works and does its job BUT for some reason LG decided to take away the Numerical Key Pad and replace it with a slider which can only be used in 10 second intrevals. So if you want to cook for and ODD amount of time like 8 seconds or 13 seconds - Your out of luck. I thought I might grow to except it and be happy with my purchase - I did not. It has proven to be quite annoying. If I could return it and get my money back I would.

Unlike all the other microwaves this one is the perfect square with the perfect tint on the window preventing you from seeing the mess inside. Honestly, why can’t you just put a napkin over the food before heating.

Very pleased with micro wave. Does everything I expected it to accomplish. Fits perfectly in desired location.

I love this microwave It warms food unevenly and fast. The best feature is the lock option because my five year old insists on making popcorn and I love the fact that the buttons are inside the door. Overall this was a great buy and worth every penny.

I love this microwave. It is digital and very powerful. It does not heat the pan/dish rather it only heats the food. Also the automatic setting like popcorn etc. are amazing.

Sharp appearance. Great variety of cooking options. Access to the buttons are inside when you open the door. A little different to get used to, from the normal outside of the unit touchpad buttons. Very happy with product!

It’s great, but it’s a open box and it makes a odd sound but Performance is great

Looks great and works well. Only issue is setting the cook time and power level takes a little longer than one touch microwave ovens.

I am so pleased with this microwave. The sensors cook the food to perfection. I even used the sensor to defrost a piece of meat and the edges were not overcooked. Love the look of the microwave. I hope we get many years of service from it.

At first I didn't like the idea of no number pad, however the interface is very intuitive, and actually quicker than entering the numbers. That, and no hotspots in the microwave!

This LG microwave got good reviews online and it seems to work well, we're pleased with it. Not sure I like not having a keypad to be able to just set a time but still need to work with the other cooking modes it has.

This microwave is easy to use, heats well, easy to clean, and the temperature stays steady. We love it.

It's nice to have a microwave that is a little different than most microwaves. It takes a little time getting used to the settings, but we are satisfied with this microwave and appreciate the song it plays at the end, rather than the traditional beeps.
