I like this unit, wife not so much. Controls are a little confusing, you have to open the door to program it, a little strange. Works as good as the samsung it replaced, and hopefully will last longer. So far 3.5 stars.

The best Microwave I've ever purchased! Well, after figuring out the different settings... The whole family likes it better than the previous 11 year old microwave.

Its a good microwave. It cooks evenly and looks very nice on the shelf. The controls inside the door are a little weird but it keep the outside look very clean if thats what you're going for.

Neo Chef really delivers as advertised. With no button to push for the door, the operation is quiet and easy . The internal capacity really makes it east to take care of cooking chores that are tricky if the space is too small.

This microwave is so powerful compared to our last microwave. It doesn't take as long to heat things up. It's on the larger side so we're able to fit more dishes inside. Overall, very happy with this purchase.

I've had this microwave for about a month and it has been great! The sensor heating is a nice feature and I use it almost exclusively to heat up food. The only problem that I've faced is that if you let the sensor reheat go for the full time, it tends to overheat your food. From reading reviews, it seems that others have the same sentiment. I usually stop it when the timer shows a minute left. Another thing to note is that the door swings out pretty wide since it's full width. However, I really like how simplistic it looks with only time control on the front and the more detailed controls behind.

This microwave met my expectations. The various settings makes heating food easier. It warms food fast in manual settings too. It’s also sleek looking.

Works great,but watch out if you are thinking this works like your old one! Instant coffee water in my old one took 2 minutes to heat.1 minute 60 seconds on this one.Learned the hard way when I heated my first cup at 2 minutes.

I particularly like this for the door. You just grab it to open it - no button to push. I also like the way you set the time. It starts out at 30 seconds but continue pressing and it moves rapidly to 10 minutes or whatever you like. If you over shoot, there is a minus sign.

We replaced a 20-year-old microwave with this. We are happy but still getting used to the settings.

This is a sleek update to my old LG microwave. I like that they changed the door to a pull instead of a push button (it went bad on my last microwave. Only thing that is strange is you can only adjust time by 10 seconds

So far so good in terms of the microwave working. Its best to read the instructions as it is a little different from our older one but once you do, its easy to operate and the food taste good.

Good unit. Could be better if front was fingerprint resistant. Challenge to pre-set time without opening door to access prescribed timers. A bit noisy but acceptable in price range. Overall a keeper.

Great microwave! Cooks so much faster than my last one which I had loved for years. Very nice looking in my kitchen. I didn’t set the clock which gives it a classy black appearance

Microwave in our RV got zapped by an improperly wired power pole. Had to be replaced. Took the previous model part number and this is the newer version of that model. Mounted in the same spot as the old microwave and works great.

It is sleek and uncomplicated for regular use. Open the door and there is the opportunity for more complex operations. All my husband has to do is open the door, close it and hit start for as many minutes as he wants in 30 second increments. The perfect machne for us.

Very powerful, light microwave. You can't easily enter specific times, although I've never really used a microwave that way, and it's easy to just add 30 second increments.

Didn't see it doesn't have a push button open so need to put item diwn to open door.

if your counter top is real smooth the micro will move when you open the door. Rubber pads fixed the issue.

I use to have the smaller .9 cu ft one. Appreciate that as the name implies, it's easy to clean.
