I expect a bit more service from a well cared-for appliance. Response from [email protected]: "While we completely understand your feedback, we still hope for your understanding of the unit’s warranty and service policies." Finding a replacement display board has proven difficult.

After a little while we missed having a simple number pad. The tech features end up not being used. We do like the music instead of a beep.

It works well enough, but there are no number pads. You can not enter an exact time, it has to be in 10 second increments.

Yes the chime is a little annoying but that's an easy thing to live with! we love to time adjustment with the swipe function, very useful. So far easy to clean also.

Only bad experience was waiting a half hour for a service member at our local store.
