Good-looking with hidden yet accessible cooking buttons and plenty of options. So far, so good. It cooks /warms up food fast. Thanks LG and Best Buy for this awesome product.

It heats food so much faster and evenly. The music it plays when finished is cute and much better than an annoying beep. I absolutely recommend it.

It still performs all tasks flawlessly except for cooking. It no longer cooks. At all. Nothing. Put in a cup of cold water and heat it for a minute or two. It will still be stone cold. You can call LG's service where they will very politely give you the phone number of your closest service where you can pay to have it fixed because your warranty stopped after a year. If it is the magnetron, it is covered, but the service will cost you pretty much what you'd pay for a new microwave.
