It takes a little getting used to having no buttons on the front, but so far it works great and does indeed even out the cooking

This microwave lasted less than a year. It just randomly stopped heating most of the time. So, if you want a microwave that heats a cup of water after 6 or 7 tries, then this is a good looking microwave. I made the mistake of waiting 1 year and 2 days to call LG even though the unit stopped working correctly after 11 months, and apparently the manufacturer warranty ends after 1 year. All LG could do was give me the contact number for a local repair shop. That, and sell me a microwave that doesn't last a year. But the unit has a "10 year warranty" sign in the front you say? No, that's for very specific error codes from the magnetron when it doesn't heat the food. The magnetron unit in my microwave didn't work most of the time, and didn't report any error codes, so my issue was not covered by the amazing 10 year warranty stamped in the front. What a piece of junk!

Pretty good so far. Be careful when using the “Popcorn Sensor” option, my popcorn was burnt pretty bad.

Microwave is great. Very clean looking from the outside and very easy to clean. Don't like that everything has to end in a zero on it.

Product works well. The controls are different than any other microwave I've had. I like the traditional controls better than the ones on this microwave.

This microwave does everything and does it well. I was suspicious of the various settings like popcorn etc but they work well. Best microwave we have ever had, and we have had many over the last 40 years.

This microwave is simple to use and does a really good job of heating quickly. More importantly, it defrosts very evenly. The controls are very minimal and take some getting used to. Setting power levels is a bit cumbersome, since it has to be adjusted only after setting cook time at full power. That is not intuitive. Here is the biggest issue with this product, and I have had this issue with two different units, so it is not a one-off. The units emits tons of interfering energy in the 2.4 GHz range. It leaks - badly. My wi-fi at home and at work both tank the minute the units are turned on. It all comes back as soon as the oven is turned off. While this is not necessarily dangerous, it is very inconvenient, since it interrupts things like audio streaming during parties, etc. There is no fix for this, it is a design flaw. If you plan on using this in proximity to your APs, pick another model.

It’s different from my old microwave which was part of my oven, so keep going to my double oven to warm up my food. Other than that I love it. Easy to use.

Heats food quickly and efficiently. My only complaint is that it isn't completely level on my counter out of the box.

Microwave works as advertised. Had to get used to not having numbers on the front to select the cooking time. Otherwise, we are glad we purchased this microwave oven.

Its really big inside for its size. Nice and powerful for a countertop microwave.

I especially like this microwave because you don't have to push a lever to open it. You simply pull to open the door. That means one less thing to break! I like the flexibility to be able to choose the power level you want. This is my second LG microwave and it was a great choice for me.

Great microwave! The inside is not the normal white, it is a darker color and I love it. Plus the stainless steel outside. The chime is really cool too!
