Works great. We love it. We've only had it a month, but it meets our expectations

We are very pleased with this unit. Unlike some other reviewers, we enjoy the musical tones vs beeping. The unit cooks effectively and looks good, matching our other black stainless appliances.

This LG Microwave is exactly what I was looking for, great value, easy to use and it looks good.

I have been using the LG 1.5 cu ft mid-size microwave for about a month and it is very easy to operate and reheat food. I would highly recommend this microwave to anyone who likes this LG products.

Had it for close to one year and now it doesn’t work! Thankfully I bought the extended warranty. It has been a great micro for the past 11 months.

The LG NeoChef is a must have. It works great. It cooks quickly and precisely. I love the Air Fry function as well which is a bonus.

I don't like that it doesn't have number buttons, but it is still easy to set the time you want. Powerful and dynamic. I don't use a microwave a ton, but it is good to know I have one I can depend on.

Cooks food evenly, does not leave hot and cold spots seen with many microwaves. Nice midsize with smaller footprint than many other options.

I got this microwave because its dimensions fit the microwave shelf of my new kitchen cabinets. It’s still big enough to fit my big casserole dishes and 9x12 glass pans. Powerful, heats quickly.

I like this product as the buttons are inside and gives it a sleek look. I don’t just randomly punch in numbers anymore that last to it’s sensing technology

I gave it 5 because I received it damaged on top had to replace and get other stainless or black one but it does it job

We were shopping around for a new microwave be our last one stopped working. I was scared to try this one because there are no numbers on the front but it is quite easy. Food is warmed up quickly.

Was a gift for my elderly mother to replace an ancient one she had. She absolutely loves this microwave and said so on many occasions. Pick up in store was smooth.

It does a good job of heating the food. However, it’s loud, the microwave is sweaty after use and the controls for the timer and cook time are plus/minus buttons in :10 and :30 increments. You have to set them inside the microwave door. I’d prefer to punch in the time and move on vs playing with the plus/minus buttons .
