Love the sleekness if this product. Also having the buttons on the inside prevents little children from Turing it on.

A very good microwave, but certainly different than most. There are no number keys, so you set the time with a slider bar. And the only keys accessible with the door closed are Start, Stop and the slider. Anything else, you need to have the door open. And the noise that it makes whenever you press a key, you’ll either love it or hate it. I kind of like it, but I’m told there is a way to turn the sounds off. Overall, I do like it, but if change frightens you in microwave operation, you should look elsewhere.

What a buy, Easy to install. Easy to use and a must in every kitchen. I highly recommend this product and will buy another when the time comes.

We got this microwave in and were so excited about all of the features. We looked at a TON of different sizes, brands, and features. The diagnostic feature stuck out to us, since the reason we are buying a new one is our old one, of just a few years, went out. We plugged it in, put some food in it and started it up. It worked. My husband went to do his plate, and it would come on, and literally turn right back off. The time would stay on and everything. If you pressed start again, it would just turn right back off. We tried unplugging and replugging to reset it, didn't work. Tried a different outlet, didn't work. We decided to call and use the diagnostic feature. The customer service agent said we couldn't use that since it wouldn't turn on. OK...?? Then she proceeded to tell us to make sure the door is shut.... well, this model, you have to close the door to hit start. We asked her if she had the right model. She got frustrated and started to "read" the troubleshooting to us again. after she insisted several times to do things that didn't make any sense at all, then she told us we had to return it and get another. Well, yeh right. At this point we were done with this microwave and done with LG. Good luck

This microwave is great, it cooks a little faster than the directions on most food packages because it's more powerful than the average microwave. Easy to clean and very useful.

My family loves this microwave! The sleek design and awesome technology just excites us every time we walk into the kitchen. Awesome buy buying another for the mans cave!

This LG microwave cooks with accuracy. Has sensors to detect what is placed in it, heats/cooks the food instead of wasting energy and time heating up the ceramic and glass serve-ware the food is on. "Sensor" cooking has multiple levels that heat/cook food according to the type of food - does frozen foods pretty accurately. Cooking vessels & plates do get hot in the area of the food cooked on them, so some caution is needed when removing a dish from the machine. We also noticed that there is almost no spattering of foods around the walls of the cooking chamber. We've had this machine for a month and are now using it to prepare more meals than was possible with an older one.

Love the black stainless steel to match all the other appliances in the kitchen. Works great and the chime instead of a buzzer is a nice touch.

The microwave works great so far and I like the touchscreen display. The only thing I didn’t like about the product is that it didn’t have the traditional 0-9 button.

I have not had any problems with this microwave. I purchased it just for heating up my food. It matches my other kitchen appliances.

This is my second LG NeoChef I love the microwave's looks and it is easy to use but it breaks very fast. I'm really frustrated by this. Our first one broke less than 6 months. Best Buy wouldn't help me because they said it was still under LG warranty. LG said they changed their policy and would not replace my microwave but would give me money that I paid. I shopped this and bought it on sale! Then get punished because I couldn't buy at that price again. Got another (stupid me) and 3 months after protection plan...guess what it breaks - no help from BB

Seems to work as it should. Interior is not as high as I hoped but good enough for most tasks. The turn table is wider than my last LG. Which is good.

Love this one. My built in broke during the shelter at home period and I was very happy to find this one. It’s great and works well. Highly recommend.

Price was right for the feature set. Simple stainless steel and black design blended with the aesthetics of the existing appliances in our kitchen.

Microwave heats extremely evenly. Very simple outer controls with options when door is open. Power level works by lowering power not just having the microwave turn on\off during cook times. Can soften full hard stick of butter without any melt. Turntable is very sturdy, easily fit a couple bowls side by side or the big glass popcorn maker. Slate black interior is very pleasing to see when microwave is on. Sensor reheat works by measuring the steam temperature inside microwave. Beverages works great but dinner plates and pizza were overcooked by the time enough steam built up. Heating up partial power worked great however.
