This microwave is a definite upgrade from my former, old microwave. While it has taken me some time to get used to the new features, I can say that I have no complaints at all.

This oven is a perfect size and fit for our limited counter space. We learned its controls quickly, and its "beeping" is not annoying. We like it.

We had a Panasonic that we had purchased at Best Buy less than 2 years earlier. We took out the warranty. When the Panasonic went out we took it and our receipt into the local store. They gave us a card with the refund amount on it. We picked out an LG that was a few dollars more. We purchased the warranty on the new one and spent less than $70. I like the look and functions of the LG and am quite happy with the purchase.

This model exceeded our expectations after purchase. It’s very user friendly, and works very well. Good quality for a good price.

I have been a longtime consumer of Panasonic microwaves. But after 5 years with my last one, I decided to try something new. I had points to use and this lg microwave was on sale. It is taking me a while to use the control buttons because I am not used to the control settings, like setting cooking time and power. Different from Panasonic but I am getting faster the longer I use it. Really like that it has a chime that reminds you that you have food in the microwave. The lighting is great, too. Both of these features were not available on my Panasonic model.

New microwave to replace the old one. Has been working well and seems pretty sturdy. Haven't tried out all the features yet, but plan to get there eventually.

Perfect for a small room. I was skeptical about the febreeze feature but, it makes your room smell really good. I have this fan in my sons room and I can smell it down the hallway.

The microwave works fine but it makes so much noise it sounds like something is loose inside. It’s a bit inconvenient that you can’t put in the exact amount of cook time. It starts at 10 seconds but you can’t choose less time. It’s also very large & wouldn’t fit on my stand.

It's nice looking and love the reheat elections works great I would recommend. I also like the sound when done different for other micros that I had.

Easy to operate, takes little to no space and super quiet when in operation.

I wish the timing was easier to put in. You have to up and down the time with a plus or minus sign. Kind of annoying. But overall love the product

This microwave is top shelf. The food is hot theough ans through. I would purchase again
