Great microwave. Heats things up great and it’s quiet.

Love this Microwave. Cooks well and really like the LED light that stays on while it cooks. The touch screen works well and easier to keep clean.

I purchased this product 20 months ago, and loved it! I loved the smart inverter technology that steamed fresh vegetables to perfection, and had all the versatility I expect in a small appliance microwave. But my respect for this product and this company are no more! After what I consider a small investment of hard earned money into this product, it just quit working. The clock works, and I can set the timer to warm or steam, but it comes out just as frozen or cold as it did when I put it in... it won’t even melt butter! And then, I’ve gotten the most disrespectful customer service to top it off. The 10 year warranty imprinted on the front of the unit is just a gimmick to intice you into purchasing a useless product. I have always trusted the LG brand , but after this experience, I will never have another LG product in my home.

This thing is better than our old microwave in every way. Also, the dang thing plays music instead of beeping at you. It's very unique! So far I'm loving everything about this microwave except the sensor cook pizza option. It does excellent on square pizza slices, but dries a triangle piece out to near in-edibility. Other than that, we have no complaints. The sensor defrost on this thing is a complete game changer! No longer do we have frozen chicken or ground beef come out with a cold spot in the middle. Love it!

I needed a smaller microwave but was afraid it wouldn’t have enough power. I was wrong. This is great and has more than enough power.

Product was great but the older gentleman at the pick up station was a bit to unprofessional for me personally.

We use this microwave multiple times a day. It does a great job. It has a cool little jingle when your food is done cooking.
