    It's touchscreen is very responsive. The controls are easy to use. It even plays a nice jingle when finished warming.

    User interface through keypad is not intuitive and also is hidden behind front door, which makes it bothersome to get to and program when all you want to do is set a countdown timer. Actual cooking ability is perfect. It's just that poorly designed user interface.
