I thought this was the best one we have ever had. Unfortunately after 1 year and 2 weeks, just over the 1 year warranty it has failed to microwave anymore. It appears to be working by lighting up and glass turning inside but no longer heats up. Very disappointed in this product. Was it engineered to fail just after warranty?

I had to buy this when my husband broke the door lock (made of plastic and he caught it on clothing). It cooks with sensors and everything seems to cook correctly. it does the best baked potatoes no matter the size. also the curbside pickup was great. it was ready for me to pick up within a few hours and they delivered to the back of my SUV. no going into store which was great since it was raining.
