Rattling sound coming from the carousel. Seems like a lot of users have complained about it. I switched the plastic ring underneath the turn table with the 3-wheel one from my old microwave oven, and the sound problem was solved. LG needs to bring back the standard 3-wheel ring.

It cooks things to a very hot condition. The only bad thing is the chime sound is annoying.

The microwave heats fine. There is no light inside so you can’t see the food while it cooks. I also miss having numbers to press for a time, but adding time is easy enough. It’s a nice size and has plenty of room for my larger plates.

The microwave was easy to use, and you have the nice stainless steel surface that give more texture in the kitchen.

It has quite attractive design, I like the door easy to open with noise. Powerful enough for quick food heat up.

This microwave does everything we need it to do. We only re-heat, we don't really cook in it. Simple to use.

This LG microwave is the best and also very smart . With the touch screen it tops it off .. also my favorite is using the sensor heat which automatically heats up the food and sets its own timer for it . Greatest buy

Great design and very functional. Also liked how I was able to purchase and pick up.

Had to replace my old microwave since I remodeled and the finish matches other LG black stainless. I have it in a lower cabinet which makes programming hard to see since buttons are on the inside of the door. The width listed needs another inch or so since the door handle swings out and I had to modify the cabinet a little. It works well though.

An agent looked on line for a microwave that had some simple requirements. White interior & exterior, a light that turned on when the door was open and when it was cooking. A 30second increment option. Some preprogrammed buttons. She told us they had one in store. We wanted to open the box to plug it in and check them light. Nope. If we didn't take it it would have to be sold as an open box. Understand. Got it home and couldn't wait to use it. No key pad on the outside !!? We have advanced degrees but couldn't even figure out how to set the time much less do anything else. It was an easy return. The head of appliances happened to be there. He chuckled and said it was more for professional cooks. I asked if he knew how to use it. Yes...... and no. We found just what we were looking for in another store and were able to check it out. We love Best Buy and do as much as we can with them. They ordered it, price matched, let us open to be sure everything was perfect. We're very happy.
