I called Best Buy where I bought it from and they said I should contact LG. I called LG and they were in no hurry to make sure I got a replacement any time soon. They said they would send me an email and then I would have to send them a proof of purchase. Well, they never sent the email so I had to follow up with them. I was able to send them proof of purchase and of course LG went silent once again. I then followed up again and the guy told me I would receive an email in 3-5 days with my reimbursement directions. What!! 3-5 days. I need a microwave now! My wife and I purchased a new home and were planning on updating all of our kitchen appliances with LG starting with our stove. Guess what? I will not be purchasing any more LG products.

Posted .Hello! Hope all is well! The LG - NeoChef 1.5 Cu. Ft. Countertop Microwave with Sensor Cooking and EasyClean, Model #LMC1575BD. has feet that will slide on a counter. Make sure to put down some rubber cabinet liner or rubber feet to avoid this problem. We hope this helps you. ~Rita
