Reminders are send out at least twice. I'm not sure how many reminders are sent out since I try to remove the food out of the microwave so that the steam does not stay within the oven cavity. Wish that I could increase minutes or seconds and not hit the 30 second button several times; if I wanted 2 minutes and 30 minutes....I hit button 5 times.

Loved it but there was a problem...

Mine worked for just one day then it did not produce heat, just motor worked. I returned it but think it was just a fluke that it was defective, so plan to buy it again. Fingers crossed!

Work well, but why no keypad?

The mechanism for setting cook time is a bit clunky since it doesn't use a keypad for entry but rather a +/- in terms of 10 seconds. Would rather have a normal keypad. I've also found that the pre-programmed re-heat times are on the low side. Note that this was ordered online, hence not in person to notice the missing keypad.
