We did not want a push button door opener. The controls are easy to use. Just push one button to start. Then + or - to increase or decrease cook time.

I like the "swipe to set time" feature, and it plays a charming little melody when your cook time is done. About the only complaint I have is that because there is no number pad, you can only set times in increments of 10 seconds (up to 3 minutes), and then only in increments of 30 seconds. Sometimes, instructions ask for times in between, and you just have to take your best guess.

I'm sure it was just a single occurrence, but mine went out within a week's time. I did exchange it for another one (THE smaller version) and it works great. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because of getting one that wasn't up to par.
