Second the microwave failed after just 18 months of use. Third after you open the door to check your food when you close the door and press start it adds 30 seconds to your timer, if you don't notice the additional time you run the risk of burning your food.

There two trough pads - one is inside which has most functionalities and one on the door where most microwaves have their touchpad. Sensor cooking is good. Other than that the plate is pretty stable as opposed to other microwaves.
