    Multiple blemished units were rendered. Had to return 3 times finally spending more on alternate item since they didn't have target item available anymore. The first one had a dented cooking enclosure from outside in and the fan made grinding noise during cook. The second one had a door that wouldn't close correctly. Seems as though best buy gets second grade pick on what they sell. Specially now since BB has decreased their returns to 15 days. Beware and vigilant on what you purchase from BB. Wishing BB can right themselves, would hate to see them End up like fry's.
